The location to Denarau Port was excellent. The property layout was thoroughly attractive and visually appealing. The options for swimming are great. Food and drink options are good. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. We had an extra large king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a very modern bathroom. We loved it. All staff are exceptionally helpful, professional, and friendly. Transfers to Denarau Port and airport are easily arranged by the helpful staff at the front desk and the kind and helpful porters! I never had to transport my own luggage which I really really appreciated. Our stay went perfectly, all transfers went perfectly.

Lack of air conditioning in the main entrance and lobby area. For the amount of guests that gather around there for check in and departures it gets extremely hot and uncomfortable while you’re waiting.

It’s a tall order to live up to the name Paradise Cove resort but that’s exactly what it is. It’s truly Paradise and the cove has the most incredible snorkelling right in front of the resort. The Manager is absolutely exceptional and all the staff are really wonderful. They all make the experience phenomenal and genuinely go out of their way to make everyone happy. The food is sublime and amazing value as its the best quality and lots of it. They have the first and only omakase in the Pacific Islands and believe me, it is out of this world amazing. The resort is truly Paradise on earth. Vinaka 🌼💛

Reliable WiFi connectivity compared to similarly equipped premier international chain hotel in the vicinity. Proximity to McDonald's (1 minute walk) and a short $5 taxi ride to supermarket and cinemas or less than 20 minutes' walk.

Baby cockroach in the bathroom which also crawled into the bedroom; I couldn't use the safe as the bolts were locked into place in an open position; Aircon although set high (at 17C) upon check in, provided minimal cooling. I actually had to remove the filters from the inside unit, cleaned in running hot water, dried and replaced for an efficient cooling effect that blew cleaner and more hygienic. Aircon filters need cleaning for a healthier room environment and to save energy.

Staff were friendly and always ready to help. A 2 minute walk to the supermarket, Burger King and other food places. Kid friendly pool.

The location is quiet. The house is clean and bed is comfy. I like the layout of the house.

There is no iron to iron clothes and not enough pots especially when there is two different couples staying. The owner also comes from time to time to use the washing machine so then it is less private. Shared apartment with another couple, can also be less private.

Dated rooms and facilities, extremely slow and forgetful service, no where near enough pools for the amount of rooms, pools and loungers were very busy.

On arrival we were told we had an upgrade! The upgrade turned out to be a room beside a large construction area with loud construction noise and dust. We asked to change our room and were given many reasons why that wouldn’t work. Very disappointed. As there is only one main pool It was impossible to find a sun lounger. Many guests put towels on loungers early and then went off to do other things.
