The breakfast was great. We had ours delivered to our room. The shower was beautifully hot. The beds were comfortable. Staff and security were kind and pleasant. We love the Casino!!! We also love the fact that check out time is 1.00pm

Proximity to the beach, train system, rooms were spacious clean and modern Drinks! Piña coladas were amazing Paellas were delicious Asian restaurants exceeded our expectations, food was stunning!

Air conditioning was making loud noises. Wifi was terrible and not working for 80% of the time there. Staff was uninterested , and not kind or polite . 6/7 days there was a seaweed in the sea and it was just disgusting. I know its not hotels fault , it's just pretty disappointing when we booked this hotel because of good reviews saying the beach is pristine.

The location felt safe, walking distance to everything. The hosts were really kind and helpful. It was clean and the terrace is a nice bonus.

The room is very small with almost no room to extend a suitcase. Also the bathroom is very tiny.

Had ac. It was on 24hrs. At night was cold. Private bathroom and queen bed which was comfortable. Location great.

Aesthetically not great but functional which counts. Fridge doesn’t work and small ants in kitchen so don’t keep any food.

we didn’t get the room we booked. had to sleep in a small studio instead of big junior suit. we didn’t get instruction before checking in, had to find the place ourselves, then waited for 2 hours for them to finally give us the room and that’s only because someone cancelled. Same happened to other people. They didn’t offer any real discount or apology even, just 10% off if I paid cash, so they avoid taxes I guess. The lady on check in was nice, at least she spoke English I tried to help us, but the other lady was speaking rude in Spanish and didn’t give a sh** about us. The room wasn’t clean, we saw couple of cockroaches, last 2 hours of our stay when we wanted to have shower it didn’t have water. So we had to clean the sand in the pool after the beach. Beach is walkable distance, but it’s not beachfront as it says in booking.com. The area is dirty, too loud with russians singing Soviet songs in karaoke all night. Would never stay again.
