The location is perfect; a 5-minute walk to the train station, right in front of the Pfaffenteich Lake with a nice view, and within walking distance to the Schwerin Castle. The apartment is fairly spacious for singles or two persons. The kitchen has everything a traveler would need (dishwasher included!).

The keys are in the box where you input the code to open the front door. There was a small miscommunication about the key location, but other than that everything else was straight and clear.

It was a great experience and the staff was very kind and professional. The location is exceptional, a quiet neighborhood and a big forest right in front of the facility. Just 10 minutes on train to get to the main station.

I think, it would be perfect if they work on improving the facilities to isolate the outside noise from the bedrooms. Sometimes I was able to hear some of the phone conversations the guest of the next room was having.
