We really liked the villa, it exceeded our expectations for our needs. I was here with my daughter for a tennis tournament that was held nearby. I have to praise the communication with the owner of the villa very much. He helped us with everything we needed to solve and very quickly, thank you very much for that. But to be honest, the villa is for guests who have a car and it's not a problem for them to get anywhere. They also have to accept that if they spend the whole weekday in the villa, they will have to listen to the noise from the villas being built around. It's nothing terrible though, and when all the villas are finished, it will be a lovely place to relax. Even this would not deter us from booking the same villa in the future, thanks to the owner, who went out of his way to accommodate us in everything. Overall, I highly recommend the villa.

Mr. Charis from the Reception is a big asset at Aelia Hotel with his great welcoming and professionalism, and in general the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, very clean with unique decoration! The breakfast was delicious with great choices at the best quality! Overall exceptional customer service and calming environment! Definitely recommended and looking forward for coming back soon!

We stayed in the apartment for two nights. Our host sent us detailed instructions and answered almost immediately any questions we had. It was also very pleasant to find greeting bottles of water in the fridge. The apartment is very convenient, had everything we needed, two steps from the beach, the promenade and the archaeological park. Cafes, shops - everything is very close. Thank you, Martinos, I will recommend you to my friends.

It was a bit noisy in the evening due to restaurants and pubs in the surrounding, but if you close the windows it becomes less noticeable.

Very friendly and helpful host, treats his guests like family :) Large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Very close to the beaches (5 minutes walk). Below the apartment there is a supermarket where you can buy everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook. Two bedrooms, each with air conditioning and very comfortable mattresses. Two bathrooms. Highly recommended.

The apartament is very nice, well-equipped. There were even beach towels which is a big plus. Good contact with the owner. They let us early check-in which was very nice. A lot of different restaurants all around so you can try different cusines.

The biggest disadvantage of this apartament is it's location which is right above a pub with live music every night... (well 6 nights a week) so if you are looking for a quiet place - it's not for you. The music stops around midnight. So me had many sleepless nights 😔 Earplugs helped only a little. I would recommend this place for a group of friends that are out every night and go to bed late, but rather not to a family.

Absolutely disgusting, very dirty and unhygienic. Found a pube hair on a bedside table, bathroom tap was dripping constantly, stains on bed sheets, bed throw was covered in hairs. Absolutely vile
