I would highly recommend this apartment. It is situated in a very safe area, close to shops, the beach, cafes as SIGMA( best coffee) and a plethora of interesting restaurants and clubs. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-organized, equipped with an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave,fridge, air conditioner, and a TV with Netflix. The bed was absolutely comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday here and would suggest it to all my friends planning to visit Ayia Napa. I will definitely book my holiday here again. Thank you for such a comfortable stay!

The relation price-quality is perfect! The rooms are clean and even if they’re shared there are not a lot of people. The staff is friendly and I liked the lockers under the beds. It also has an awesome terrace with a mini bar in the kitchen, so you can relax with your friends or meet other guests from the hostel. Also the location is good. Even if google maps says that it’s 20 min from the center it is possible to take a shortcut through the park and arrive in 12 minutes more or less.

We liked the location, a few minutes from the center, close enough to transport and restaurants and far enough away from the noise. The accommodation is clean, towels are changed every three days, one complaint is that for a week's stay, the bed linen was not changed once. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had an early flight and the governor was wonderful and allowed us an early check in.

Excellent villa. It had everything you needed. Barbecue area, swimming pool. 5 min walk from the sea. Shops nearby. I was afraid that there were few reviews, but I paid the entire amount in advance. I recommend it to everyone!

Room was a really good size, very clean, serviced every day. Had a beautiful sea view. Lovely clean beach with special access for someone with a disability.

Them only fault if I want to be picky is the pool, although it was cleaned every day it needed a good scrub around the rim, it was dirty.

Everything started even before check in as I’ve arrived and opened the box where my key was supposed to be and such a surprise my key wasn’t there. After saying me via WhatsApp that they will need some time to warn the “care taker” and even after saying that I’ve been on a rush they didn’t check me in after half an hour (they finally gave me a code for an another room) and the care taker has never appeared. The curtains of this room were broken in response of what they said me that the “never coming care taker” will fix. Apart from that: - Awful smell in the rooms and in the bathroom - there are not toilet paper, shampoo or gel - The place is not very clean - Mismanagement - Located in a unsafe neighbourhood (I was afraid of going out during the night)

- The building and the rooms are destroyed - You’re gonna stay in a room with other 15 people and with people sleeping in beds in the corridor - 2 bathrooms for more or less 20 people - The beds and the place are dirty and the smell fits the place - I have seen some bugs in the place ( I hope this place will receive a soon visit of the sanitary inspection) - In the last bed there has been a men doing very weird movements (probably the only one who gave more than 1 star in the comments of this hostel) I couldn’t spend there more than 20 min and in the end payed for an another room in a completely different hostel. The guy tried to offer me a room for a “modest sum” of 40 euro that is in the same floor with the other bed so I could share the 2 bathrooms with other 20 people.
