The property was nicely situated near the tram stops so getting to the city and the old town was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well kitted out with crockery and cutlery. The bed was comfortable and we loved the pillows! Kia was a fabulous host; really helpful and friendly. He was always willing to provide us with any information we needed. He even allowed us to do our laundry there which was not really one of the conditions of the rental.

It was a shared bathroom but we knew that when we booked it. In fact, the way it was set up it really wasn’t a bother in the end.

Wengen was a quiet and lovely little town in the Alps. Our accommodation was nicely situated in the town and we had great views from our hotel room. Although it was an older property it was well organised, clean and had a great breakfast deal, especially for Switzerland! The room was very functional and considering the cost of this accommodation compared to others we were very happy with our choice.

Everything in the room appeared brand new, I suspect it has been through a major renovation, hence the name change. Excellent blinds that give complete light block, excellent air con and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed an excellent night's sleep and stunning views with a little balcony to enjoy it from.

The room and the bathroom were clean.

The room opened on a wall a meter apart with no air circulation, and on a groundfloor at the level of the window with trash. No way to leave the window open during the night. This is totally unacceptable.

No interaction with staff, saw them only at check in. No aircon room on second floor si v warm. Traffic noise from 04:00 with window open. No breakfast or staff in the morning.
