Incredibly clean, comfortable hostel. Staff were very nice, had hot coffee and snacks for sale which was helpful. Big kitchen. Lots of advice and maps for getting around Luzern. Not right in the center but it's a 25 minute walk/5-10 minute bus ride.

Amazing property.. walking distance from the station. Clean comfortable beds and rooms. The bathrooms are very clean. The kitchen is open 24 hours. And there is no noise at all. Had a very comfortable stay.

- our private double room was very quiet - bathroom facilities were great (best shower I’ve had throughout our 4 week stay in Europe!) - awesome kitchen facilities - cleanliness - comfortable communal areas

- as many have said, it’s a little walk away from the station. But if it’s summer and weather is nice, it’s a nice walk on the lakefront

+ a very modern hostel with really nice kitchen and lounge areas + plenty of bathrooms, showers and sinks to share - they were always clean. + staff so helpful at planning my day around Lucerne. + 2 dorm room was amazing. Each bed had a plug socket and light. They had 2 plug sockets (1x EU and 1x Swiss) and even had a USB-A and USB-C port!

The “clean up after yourself” rule in the kitchens didn’t seem to be followed very well - it’s not the hostel’s fault but I feel like it maybe needed to be more strict. Hot rooms Seems to be too many large group bookings

Communal areas seemed good. The rooms had standard European power outlets, the Swiss/Italian recessed hexagonal ones, and usb / usb C

Walking and taking the bus takes around the same time. It was ok to walk because I went during late spring/early summer, but I think it could be uncomfortable to access during the peak of summer.

The location was near enough to the train station to walk. The kitchen and pantry was very beautiful and comprehensive, you could use the microwave for your COOP foods and I have seen people cook a full meal with the stove too. Receptionist was really friendly. There were many toilets and showers that were impeccably clean.

Location was great, 15 minute walk from the station and town. Very clean facilities. Staff were very helpful with recommendation too and we went on an amazing hike which we hadn’t planned!

A bit noisy, but that's the hostel vibe.

Excellent value. Nice facility. Shared bathrooms were private for showers and toilet. There was also a room with four sinks for brushing teeth. Never had to wait. Park and lake across the street. Nice staff.

Everything was so so well organized , be it be cleanliness , organization of kitchen facilities or any info about locations , lorean is an amazing guy , best i have ever met , he is so disciplined and ensures that everyone follows the rules , thats how i also became disciplined 😂 , we loved everything there will come back soon for sure once we visit luzern again …

Great hostel! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure. Nice location, about 15 mins to old town but it’s a beautiful walk along the water. The hostel is very quiet at night, if that is what you are looking for.

Wonderful peaceful leafy location lakeside, next to a local college. The building shares some dorm rooms on other floors. Walk in along the lake, or take the bus from the adjacent main road. You are given a visitors card by the hostel valid for all local transport, so it is effortless to hop on a bus 6/7/8 to the station from the adjacent rd into town 6-8 mins. They run every 5-10 mins Supermarket Migros, gorgeous bakery and couple restos are close. In town, you can walk everywhere or use the free card. Swiss Pass worked for the boats out to Rigi Rooms are big Shared facilities, but plenty and never any conflict: 5 rooms shared 2 showers, 2.5 toilets and 4 sinks Totally spotless facility, and new showers COmmon areas: 2 kitchen areas, seating and dining areas. Great system for labeling food. Share leftovers even! Friendly guests and very quiet Loved it overall, would stay a week and explore the region Alot of money saved vs eating in restaurants in town.

The spot's by the lake, which is awesome. The staff's super cool; he let me check in during his break. Being a solo traveler, I lucked out meeting another solo traveler and hiking together...great time!!

The location is great. Though around 15 minutes walk to the train station, it’s really close to the lake. And nearby is very quiet. The both staffs I met are very friendly and nice. When I checked-in, a girl behind me was cutting into the conversation and getting into the reception area, the staff reminded her to watch her behavior. That’s really nice of him. And the facilities are fully prepared. You could get everything you need there. Hope I could come back soon and stay longer next time.
