Excellent, friendly staff. AC worked well and the wifi was good given that there are often problems with the connection in Burundi in general. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Having my clothes washed was included in the price, which was a nice surprise.

The toilet and the shower worked well but could do with a bit of refurbishing.

Staff was friendly, room was big with nice balcony and view. One day I had a meal - chicken and it tasted great, real exception in country. They offered complimentary transport to airport.

Pool and beach were out of use, two key reasons for the price of 126 USD a night. The other day I wanted a meal so got a menu. Then waited for 30min, during which I reminded again I wanted to order. After 30min I resigned and went to dinner to neighbouring hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was very nice and the bed comfy. Nice rooftop restaurant.

I did not get the room booked - garden view and could not explain to reception that I should get what I booked. Staff in restaurant is very friendly but meals of poor quality. For breakfast no fruit juice offered - in a tropical country!!!

-Pool was inaccessible due to floods. -Fact that i cannot pay a single bill in 2 currency is stiff and not flexible( paying partly cash and partly visa wasnt allowed)

Very bad communication. They assume something based on their own expectations and requirements, but don’t check with customers and expect customers to follow their rules and expectations. They ask cash, but never inform customers and expect customers to know about it. Very bad communication and irresponsible and immature behaviour.
