This little gem in Barbados is een excellent place to stay for a couple or solo travellers. I stayed here a couple of days to work remotely. It was a cozy, colourful and good equipped accommodation. Especially the WiFi speed was excellent what I needed to facilitate online meetings. The owner was very helpful and even drove me to a local cashpoint and shopping area. He also provided me with details of local taxi drivers. This was a valuable service. I felt save and had a fabulous experience staying here. I definitely would come back for another stay. There is a little “cornershop” nearby but if you stay longer than a couple of days it is worth to do foodshopping in a nearby supermarket. And ofcourse it is a few streets away from Rhianna Drive!

It isn’t anything I didn’t like, but a little spot outside in the courtyard with a sunscreen/parasol would have been a welcome thought, to enjoy the Barbadian rays of sunshine delights, during my breaks from work.

Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. The security, cleanliness, location and facilities were first class and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Elena and Sebastian. We arrived on a Sunday when local shops were closed so they even drove us to get supplies for the first evening! We also spoke to a number of the residents who live in the complex and everybody was so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough and if we return to Bridgetown we would love the opportunity to stay again.

Iris welcomed me warmly and I soon settled into what felt like home. I especially loved my very spacious room and the relaxing communal areas. There was a lovely relaxed interaction with the other guests. Location is superb - Dover Beach 5 minutes to left and well stocked mini market 5 mins to right. There is an all pervasive calm through the gardens and house. Belonging and freedom. I have travelled widely but can truly say Dolphin is one of a kind. Thank you Iris and Son for the gift of your wonderful hospitality.

Great location with easy access to a beautiful quiet beach. Bistro on site offered good food (with some gf options) at reasonable prices. All staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Wifi was good and it was great value for money. Very comfortable beds/pillows!

The water pressure of the shower was a bit disappointing but a small factor against all the positives.

Lovely property right on the beach. Local restaurants within easy walking distance and a supermarket just across the road. Cyrus was a great host and very accommodating. Would visit again.

Charming and quiet place with an amazing view, full of history and ideal when you're travelling alone. Near interesting spots and restaurants. Sharon and Hadrian are the absolute best!

Location is amazing, right on the beach (all apartments), our - one bedroom was renovated.

Small bed (140cm) and we run out of gas, so we could not cook the breakfast, the response from staff (message on booking/mobile) did not response.

Rooms could do with a freshen up, loud road, could provide a bottle of water in fridge, shower not strong enough to wash my hair, simple things.
