The room is in an old mill right next to the old bridge! I got to stay in a UNESCO site. How wonderful is that? It wis a lovely building and the couple who operate it have done a great job. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable and the view!

I really enjoyed it, but there are a few things to keep in mind. First, it is in a part of town that cars can’t get to, so expect to carry your bags a bit. Also, Google maps and other navigation software pretty much just throw their hands up and say “You’re on your own. I got nothing.” The proprietors will help, though. Second, it does require traversing some stairs and cobble stone paths which might be a problem for some. Definitely not ADA compliant. Finally, it is an historic building, so it has a few quirks (small door, a slant on part of the floor, a high bed, few outlets etc). I found all of this charming really.

Thanks to the previous reviewers, we chose to stay at Apartment Alure. It was a beautiful apartment that was well appointed for a short or long stay. Excellent communication for easy self check-in. Very neat two stores and cafes.

Kitchen was extremely outdated, no shampoos, no extra bedding. Stairs so we had to carry our luggage up. Keys are old and big to carry.
