I had an excellent stay at Villa Park! The view was absolutely stunning, with an amazing view of the lake, comfortable room and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. The customer service was top-notch, especially Mr. Teo, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and informative. He went above and beyond, providing us with a map of Mostar and guiding us on the best attractions and how to get there.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom at times

‘Vila Park’ Hotel may only be rated as a 3 star hotel but the welcome we received from Teo was 5 star. Teo highlighted some of the good places to visit and eat. The room we had(#7) was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The balcony had the most amazing view over the Neretva River. As per a previous review, it was lovely going to sleep with the sound of the river. The room itself was better than we expected from a 3 star hotel. It had the necessities such as a fridge/safe/wardrobe/AC. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can make a cup of tea downstairs in the old ‘bar’ area. We had a hire car and were able to park outside the hotel for free(with the help of Teo when we arrived). We thought it was in a really good area of Mostar(not too touristy), with some good cheaper eateries close by and supermarkets not too far either. Takes about 10-15mins to walk to the ‘Old Bridge’ area.

The view from the Balcony was awesome......room had all amenities...spacious..with WiFi and Aircon and towels...and lot of storage and very clean... Was very well guided during check in...and an excellent value for money too.. Just 5 minutes walk to the Mostar East Bus Station...and 10 minutes to the Old Bridge.... I will visit again !

Teo met and checked me in on site, provided me personalized service to show me my room and explain the facilities. He then took time to list, map, and explain what to see, do, and eat in Mostar. The hotel is about 600m easy walking distance to bus/train stations as well as the old town and old bridge. Teo, the manager is friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the area, since he worked as tour guide before. The restaurant next door serve good food at reasonable price. It opens at 07.00. I was given a room with balcony along the river and could enjoy the sound of flowing water in the river.

Quiet and no one around in the place. Limited facilities in the room. Arrived late, no water or access to anything.

Great location, near the centre. Lovely verandah with a view. Clean, comfortable.frtabke room. The host was very good waiting for my late arrival to let me in.

The only thing is that in my room was an "old" smell on cigarette. U feel it while entering ,in couple mins it's OK. It didn't bother me a lot since I have no allergies

1. Location is good, bus station is it 5 mins of walking, 2 bus stops to Blagaj in 2-3 mins, old city center in 12 mins 2. Teo (the owner) helped a lot with information about the town (lil bit of history) and restaurants, and I've got few recommendations about touristic spots outside Mostar 3. Room was big, room #4 has no river view but it's fine. 4. Downstairs there is a common area with cups and glasses, tea and coffee. And on the floor you have electric kettles

Everything was great! Thank you Teo for warm welcoming. Room was spacious, cozy and clean. We took room with balcony and view on the river is amazing. Very easy self checkout. If I come to Mostar again, I will definitely stay here again.

- There is no elevator so you have to carry your own luggage upstairs to your room. - There was a bit of smell in the toilet, we didnt know what it was.

Everything! The room was clean and huge and the view of the river from the balcony was incredible. Our hosts (Teo and Amber) were super welcoming and they recommended us on places and restaurants to go to. There was even a common space you can use for eating, drinking coffee and they even prepared a PC and a printer for you to use. Thank you so much for having us Teo & Amber!

We booked the balcony overlooking the water and it was exactly as advertised. The secure parking was great. The hosts provided a lot of information on what to see and where to eat. Old Town is a very easy walking distance.
