In general, everything about this hotel is very much thought through. Easy check-in, very helpful staff and comfortable experience. Room was spacious and well-organized, clean. Some rooms have balconies, and it opens to the outside highway. I really enjoyed breakfast too, it was very delicious. There were many hot meal options you could choose, and they had a good choice of fruits as well as alright coffee.

One of my dislikes was that hotel rooms, specifically in the morning, can get quite noisy because of the busy road and cars outside. I remember I woke up couple of times just because of car noises. I guess walls are not noise cancelling.

The owners of the hostel are very helpful, kind and understanding. They made the entire stay from the beginning till the end a smooth experience. The people one meets here and the whole surroundings feel as if we are living in a movie where the clock time does not matter! Cafe Terras is where modern outlook and tradition share a deep bond with each other.

**Cost - they took 1,257 USD for the 2 bedroom becuase they said its only for 4 people. They charged additional 50 USD per night for the extra person. Look at the photos attached, so filthy. They put us in an abandoned building with no service call or AC. A nightmare in Baku! Booking.com should take this hotel out of list. **Location-This hotel is a liar. The 2 bedroom is 15 minutes away from the old city in an abandoned building. Main reception is hard to find, no taxi can reach. **Service - The reception does not speak english and really slow. Manager - Arrogant. He told us get out after complaining. This hotel does not have courtesy on guests. The manager should get fired.

The location of the hotel is good. The mattress and pillows are good.

This hotel is neither a 4-star nor is it worthy of the Radisson name. I have stayed at multiple Radissons around the globe, but this does not even come close to any of them. The furniture is very old. The lighting is insufficient and it's mismatched (One side of bed has daylight and the other has warm white). The shower height adjustment was broken so the shower was stuck at the lowest poinr. The shower mixer does not have proper adjustment, you either have too cold or too hot water. My children's room's bathroom got flooded because of a faulty bidet; I called housekeeping and it took 2 calls and 45 minutes for them to show up. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Parking space is limited. Would not stay here again.
