One of my dislikes was that hotel rooms, specifically in the morning, can get quite noisy because of the busy road and cars outside. I remember I woke up couple of times just because of car noises. I guess walls are not noise cancelling.

In general, everything about this hotel is very much thought through. Easy check-in, very helpful staff and comfortable experience. Room was spacious and well-organized, clean. Some rooms have balconies, and it opens to the outside highway. I really enjoyed breakfast too, it was very delicious. There were many hot meal options you could choose, and they had a good choice of fruits as well as alright coffee.

We obviously knew this, but be aware that the hotel is a bit outside of the center. This makes it very accessible by car and there is even secure underground parking. To the center you can take a taxi or it is a nice 40min stroll along the boulevards.

It is a brand new and beautifully appointed Hotel. We had a large and modern room to the quieter backside (i think all the rooms with balcony are on the back). Staff was very friendly and most of them spoke decent English. Breakfast was also a treat with a good choice of fresh and tasty food. Would definetly recommend.

Everything was perfect: - VIS Palm Hotel has opened 10 months ago. All facilities are extremely modern, well-selected and, without any exception, clean. - All members of staff (front desk, restaurant, house-keeping) are extremely nice, competent and welcoming. Several members of staff (Nadiq, Faris etc) also speak good English and are happy to help any time. Super-motivated team! - The breakfast buffet is very nice, and I liked that there were little variations from day to day. The hotel is reasonably priced. When I return to Ganja, I will definitely stay there again! PS: I asked for a room not facing the street, and it was absolutely quiet.

I booked a room with a bathtub and they didn't have any rooms with bathtubs, why do they then say they have a bath in the bathroom. Bed lights would be nice for reading etc. Very noisy street but central

We stayed in deluxe room. It is big enough for a family with children. Hotel is new. Furnitures' quality is very good. Special thanks to Farid & Natiq from reception for their hoapitality & politeness. Check in & check out timing is good. Breakfast is good enough.
