Super close to the main station and tram network. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with effective air conditioning and useful tea and coffee making facilities.

Everything! The room was like new, very comfortable bedding, nice lobby bar, great location opposite the road from the HBF. The room was very spacious and had a small desk.

The hotel was cozy and in beautiful surroundings. The location was good for our needs (mostly hiking). The room was clean and big enough. The balcony was great!

We did not feel very welcome in the hotel. Maybe the number and tone of the instruction signs could be considered again? Also, one morning we went for breakfast at 9 am and most of the food and juices were run out. When we were finishing breakfast at 9:30, the kitchen employee turned off the lights and music and closed the doors although there were still people eating. Very rude. Despite the surroundings, the hotel was a bit too expensive for what we got.

The toilets were inadequate. In the first floor was to hot, couldn’t stay long there.For 3 persons there were 4 towels and no one changed them. Not too clean and there was a spider. The location was not good.

The woman in charge of managing the apartment was uncooperative. When we arrived, no one was waiting for us, and the key was not there. When we contacted the woman in charge, she did not clearly specify to us the location of the key. We tried to find the key, but the attempt did not succeed. We called the woman several times, but she did not answer. We had to spend about an hour in the street, and after helping the neighbors, they were able with difficulty to find the key, which was in an inconspicuous place. Even the neighbors took about half an hour to find the key. On the penultimate day, we were informed that the flight time had been changed to the evening, and we called the woman again to extend the flight. We left the apartment for three or four hours, but she did not answer us again. In the morning, she called us and asked us to vacate the apartment within two hours. Attempts to request an extension to leave the apartment were not successful. We even offered an additional amount. That woman was strict and rude and asked to vacate the apartment within two hours, and we were forced. To leave the apartment and go to the airport eight hours before the flight time. In conclusion, the woman is very bad and uncooperative and caused us a big problem.
