Location of the place is absolutely fantastic. I am not really sure to what extend the location is important in Vien but location is very close to central tourist attractions. What I would regard as a better option is a place next to metro stations.

I was not sure of the cleanliness of the place. For the carpets I am not really sure they were clean. The elevator was not working we had to carry our luggage all the very up 2 floors. We also had to carry our stroller each time we go out and come back it was really a pain for us. I believe it was not working for a long time and it was not mentioned in the descriptions. It appears under the filter “hotel” in booking come but it is a flat rental. There will be guests that definitely like the place but it is not us.

I am really trying to find something that went well with the property but it was not well located or clean, the host was not trustworthy, it was extremely hot and it was unsafe :(

Honestly I believe you should stay quiet if you have nothing good to say but after thinking all day about this I decided to make this review to protect any other traveler from what I went through. I booked this place to rest with my elderly mother, the place was filthy but that wasn’t the big issue. The nightmare started at 12am when the young couple in room 2 arrived to the apartment to smoke, yell at echa other, slam doors, play loud music, fight with each other. Around 4 am after not being able to sleep at all, I went outside the bedroom to try and ask the couple to please allow some silence. I found a half naked men with a terrifying stare, he looked like someone on hard drugs. I didn’t feel safe to even say anything as he looked at me in a scary way and walked towards me to slam another door. I feared for the girl with him, he didn’t stop yelling at her all night, you could hear the struggle, they chased each other all the way to the street, then came back to keep slamming doors and fighting, this went on till 6am. I messaged the host explaining what was going on. I explained to him we wanted to leave that morning because we didn’t feel safe and he deliberately lied to me saying the couple was checking out that morning, that it was safe for us to stay, that it would never happen again because they were leaving. He also asked me for videos and photos proving the place was dirty and that the guests were smoking. I sent photos and videos. He asked me to please trust that they would leave so we would stay and I explained I was not feeling safe and he promised over and over they were checking out. He also mention he had told the couple about our complaints which didn’t feel right. When we arrived back to the room at night , the couple were still there and this time they were even more wild. The men was super aggressive slamming doors and yelling, smoking in our doorstep, burping in our doorstep, swearing, laughing and slamming the bathroom door next to our room.

Our room was far larger and more elaborate than we expected. It had a full seating area and lovely antique furnishings. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was very nice, clean, elegant and a lot of space! Very good location near UBahn Station, close to City Center.

10AM check-out was the only inconvenient. 12:00 is perfect for everybody, because you have to pack, make a quick clean, prepare for leaving and for all that tings you have to get up very early, after a great vacantion in Wienna.

The instructions how to find the key which had become contactless inbetween booking and arrival. No welcome card that gives free travel if you stay more than 3 nights. Trying to contact Interhome regarding the welcome cards and instructions for leaving the property key… not great

Apartment was in underground level, so it was not nice experience to stay for the night. Also there was a lack of fresh air. And shower almost in the middle of room without door.

tissue box and soap dispenser was empty and the hair dryer was not working. the shower cabinet was leaking. I shorty informed them about these matters and ask them to bring more surface towels. I get the following answer without a comment, ‘’ I also ask for your understanding: this is a holiday apartment without hotel service. There are several items, like soap dispensers, that are simply provided for your convenience but are not refilled, similar to the fridge, which is also not stocked.’’
