Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomAlthough the bed was a great size, the memory foam was not suitable for me. So had to remove it. The pillows were large and uncomfortable to sleep on. I prefer the average-size firm pillows.
It was a great location, with easy access to central Vienna. The apartment was heated with a great bathroom.

RomaniaThe loft was smaller than we expected,in the pictures it does look bigger than it is. It is also at the underground floor,which is a problem if would like to get some outside light in the room as people can see you when they pass if you are not using the blinds. The bathroom is open space,which is something to keep in mind. The smell coming from it was quite bad and overpowering. Also the room gets very steamy after a shower.
The host was very nice, we would like to thank Adriano for his kindness and we also had a very good interaction with the cleaning lady,as she helped us store our luggage after check out. The loft is nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite good,we walked for most of the places that we wanted to visit. Took a bit longer to get to the city center by walking,but the area is lovely and it is worth the walk,we recommend it! Overall,compared to other locations it was really good for the price.

MaltaThe kitchen needs more accessories otherwise it was adequate for a two day stay.
The location was good. The bus (59A) was just round the corner and very frequent. We had some issues finding ticket machines as they are found only in the stations apparently. We took a taxi from Wien Mitte and could not buy bus tickets, however the locals were very helpful. A 20 minute ride takes you to the center Oper Karsplatz. The host Adriano was very helpful and did his best to make our short stay memorable.
