We got upgraded as soon as we checked in and it was an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with city view. The house keeper Anes was very helpful, couteous and very proffesional. The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the metro with several supermarkets around. Deira city centre is not far. Big thanks to the concierge who was working on th 7/5 early morning for helping us get a taxi to the airport. The swimming pool is amazing and my son loved it. Surely my next stay will be at this hotel.

The apartment is simply disgusting, the worst I’ve ever had. Cockroaches are running everywhere Mould on the walls Impossible to sleep due to lack of hygiene Bed looked like not freshly prepared Balcony does not have any chair like on the picture and is so dirty The pictures are completely different than it is in real life so requested full refund and left as I wouldn’t be able to sleep in such an environment

My recent stay a was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location was super convenient, making it easy for me to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was impeccably clean and cozy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!

As usual the room comfort and the friendly staff , the welcoming especially Rasheed who always remember us each time we visited the hotel. The breakfast was always of great expectation with different of varieties to choose from and also the team serving us was awesome.

Pool didn't allow my 12-year kid to go alone, they asked for an adult to join him. Hotel reception smell was not good due to the restaurant location.
