The apartment was huge, and met all our needs. The staff were really attentive and anything we asked for was not too much trouble - I requested a drying rack. We frequently asked for top up coffee pods, extra dishwash tablets etc (all through the App) and they were quickly brought to our apartment. Staff gave us advice on taxi's etc Used the Co-op supermarket a couple of streets away for all our grocery needs. Facilities - swimming pool, lobby area etc were always clean and tidy. Second Sonder we have stayed in....and will be booking more on our travels, not failed us yet.

Everything was just so easy to get too, I love that they had everything I needed like the spa the swimming pool they had three different restaurants in the property as well so we didn’t have to go out and look for food. Also, they call you a taxi when you need it straight away and the room service is really good as well. The staff are really nice as well and also the housekeeping was really good, especially a lady that used to clean our room would do an exceptional job making sure everything was nice and tidy

Jona Mae assisted as so well. She makes sure that we can have an early check in as possible and that is in our request. We usually comes back here in Radisson all the time because they have a great service. They always provide us complimentary even if we just book for 1 days.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly. The hotel manager was fantastic when I arrived early in the morning. He ensured that I was able to get to my room quickly and settled in well.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great. Facilities were nice, however, WIFI is a bit slow. HK team did a great job.
