I got an upgrade from the hotel and the room was good, very spacious. The kids loved the room a lot. We had taken full board and it was not disappointing. The spread in each meal was good. The housekeeping staff need a special mention specially the supervisor Mr. Yuvraj and attendant Nabeela. They were very prompt in their service. At the front desk Ms. Ishishika is very co-opeartive and understanding

The staff were very accommodating even upgrading our studio to an appartement to make us comfortable Very clean Nice location could walk around to the Wafi mall, Starbucks and many other amenities Have nice pool A great gym And serve alcohol for those who drinks Very modern as well

The room was fantastic. Very spacious and had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient to the Dubai Mall.

The Hotel seemed to have a bit of an odor and unfortunately the Hotel lost power during the night and was still not fixed when we checked out at 7am so it was starting to get a bit warm.
