Location, design, the house itself... in which the apartment is located. And most importantly - the team! I very rarely write reviews. But this is the case, I’m sad to leave this apartment) So book and work with these guys! They deserve it! Fulfilled all my requests. Take attention to all comments. I am sure that I will come back here again soon... and I hope that the apartment will be available) Because when everything is so perfect, you start to think: if you write a good review, everyone will start booking it and you will be left without an apartment at the right time. But these are a really good team and my best experience so far in Dubai.

It’s perfectly located. Excellent for transit stay. Added bonus is the shuttle service to and from the airport as well as to the other attractions in Abu Dhabi

We had a lagoon access room and this was excellent for the family. No need to pack up loads of stuff, just open the door and get in the pool.

It was a great stay. We loved the apartment and all facilities. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The male stuff was really great. We didn’t like the lady at the reception upon arrival, as she was very strict and moody about check in time (04:00 pm check in) and she wasn’t flexible for at least half hour earlier check in. Simply didn’t want to do anything until the clock showed 4:00 pm. And we were with small kids and long flight, it would meant to us, but she simply didn’t show any sign of good will or hospitality kindness. We asked at least to allow us to go to the beach (it’s a private beach) or the apartments pool, she said no to that as well. If it was only about her, the score for stuff would be 0/ zero, but because of other nice and helpful guys it’s 10.

terrible food. We paid for breakfast and dinner. the feeling that you are not in a 5-star hotel restaurant, but in a cheap public canteen. I am choosing Radisson because I know the quality of breakfast, but at this time we were very disappointed.

The check in was terrible, because I told with too time if is possible start my stay more early without pay more and the staff say yes no worries, when I got to the Hotel 4:00Am the company make us wait until 11:00am. For other side the room and staff was so cool

They didn't give us the family room which we booked. Lady staff at the counter was rude when it was questioned. AC was not functioning which they didn't take seriously earlier then came to repair it in the middle of the night when all were sleeping. Pathetic staff.
