- The view from the balcony was excellent, especially at night. - Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. - Bathroom was clean. - The host was prompt in their responses on whatsapp (we didn't meet the host in person). - Location was good, there is a convenience store at the same complex called 'Loftday Market' which is open 24/7 - The apartment is about 15/20 mins away from Dubai Mall via taxi.

- Toiletries and tea and coffee refreshments were not provided. I called the host who said that these were not included in the accommodation, but provided these promptly. For the rate that we paid, we expected these to be included. - We arrived at Dubai a few days after the place had been flooded, and the airport had just reopened. We were significantly delayed at the airport due to backlog of flights and luggages not released on time which made us miss our first night's reservation. I have requested for a refund for this night but the host refused. - Some taxi drivers were confused with the location of this apartment - there are two residential towers adjacent to one another. We stayed at Tower B, but drivers kept picking us up at Tower A.

The hotel check in staff were supper helpful . However, the team serving the breakfast, was quite disappointing. They were rude and didn’t want to help with the special dietary requirement. Will never ever recommend the hotel , to my business colleagues, as I believe the customers deserve a better quality service ! Very disappointing experience.

F& B team needs training on how to understand the client requirement. They kept me waiting for 20 Minutes and didn’t bother to understand the requirement.

Very centrally located for both business and leisure travellers, with some good pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, provided the weather is favourable for a stroll, but still you can get to good food places in between 10-20 mins in a taxi. The hotel’s prices are very competitive so overall good value for money stay

The cleaner on the 8th floor was very nice. Spoke to us each day and asked us if we needed anything always. Bed was comfortable. Pool was decent.

A little bit dated in the room. Floor of the shower and shower heads needs attention to - they were falling off/worn. Didn't realise it was a Russian based package destination.
