Staff are very friendly. Always kind and willing to help. Tony, Elizabeth and Enilda are always supportive on information about the island, tours and everything. We rented a motorbike at the hotel. Breakfast is simple but very good! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and bathrooms good! Really recommend!

Best accommodation units i've been in my Colombian trip (and in general taking into consideration the facilities, conditions and the price). The rooms have AC, private bathroom and very confortable beds. The breakfast is on point and is freshly cooked at your choice. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful!

My room was next to the corridor where all people pass so quite noisy. No restaurant nearby, only delivery food.

Everything was perfect!

Everything about it was amazing! The property is really great, very close to the most beautiful beach on the island. We could access kitchen during the reception working hours, so it made our stay sooo much easier as we could make some tea while being sick and use some ammenities to make a little snack. The main thing is that the staff in this place is immaculate. 10/10! People who run the place are very kind-hearted, extremely helpful, very friendly and caring. They helped us have the best stay in this incredible island!

Really nice place. Good spacious and clean room with aircon. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast included with many options to pick from. Ability to book scooters and tours directly from reception. We initially booked for a week but extended for a 2nd week.

This was a 10+! Especially the staff was extraordinary. Best hosts we've met. The island struggled after a huge hurricane in November 2020 that destroyed almost the entire island. Slowly they are reviving, and this hotel is one of the first at full speed again. Nice and cosy rooms with good airco and (hot) showers. Drinking water is provided. Staff knows all the locations and options at the island, with correct prices. They helped us to explore the island, and made sure we would find the places that are open again for food, drinks and activities. Come here and experience how warmth can be the combination of nature and people.

absolutely amazing.. we've been travelling for 6 months and this was by far the nicest/cleanest place we've stayed. the hosts were also SOO helpful - we had loads of issues with our flights, and they went to the airport to check what was happening for us !!! they also helped us book everything from diving to taxis to tours. couldnt recommend this place enough.

I didn‘t like the location so much. But the closest beach was in about 15 minutes walking distance, so still ok. Was also quite disappointed about the taxiservice they had from the Posada. They had only one guy with a mototaxi and he wasn‘t reliable although calling him early for transport (because if you were unlucky he was on the other side of the Island). On the day we left to the airport we called him extra early because we knew he might take a while. Didn‘t work out and had to get another car..

I loved the beds and also the Posada was really clean and we got a lot of info about how to get to the different beaches. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Noise from the road

Great place to stay in Providencia. Very modern, good equiped rooms, quiet aircon, good breakfast, friendly staff. Close to Playa Manzanillo.

Location is perfectly fine but you will need to take a moto taxi, rent a scooter or walk relatively far (25 mins) to any restaurants/beaches. That said, it’s really close to the beginning of the ‘Peak’ hike

Staff: The staff were absolute gems. Ellie and Elizabeth (sisters) were working most of the time and were incredibly helpful and kind.

Location was easy to get around via inexpensive moto taxi or a 20-30 minute walk to either Playa Manzanillo or Southwest Bay. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Everyone on the property was super nice and helpful. The room was a great value!
