You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaElevator not working (I went there a second time four days later and it was still not working). Windows don't insulate against noise so you will hear party music at night. Expensive laundry (I payed +30 USD for the laundry where I usually payed less than half of it in other places)

ColombiaThe rubbish was broken and the toilet paper way too low down. Wifi didn't work well on level 3 so we used level 4 when we could. Staff were nice but not too responsive to requests. Didn't like being charged VAT as it's the first place I've been charged it but that's normal.
Terrace upstairs has a good view of Santa Marta, the bed was comfy, clean and spacious. Aircon worked well. Close to Parque de los novios + lots of shops/cafes/waterfront. Breakfast is simple with fruit, eggs, an arepa or bread and a drink - this was good for the price.

United StatesThe Wifi was spotty. No real hot water, the weather allowed for cold showered, but it would have been nice for hot water. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice. The towels were not fresh, had to use my own. Couldn’t keep the clothing iron and had to take it back to reception each time after use.

Czech RepublicThe room was clean and spacy, but it had a lot of negative aspects - extremely noisy air-conditioning (the outside unit was placed directly behind the window), noise from the streets, dirty towels, no hot water. The breakfast was very basic and poor. The bar at the terrace was always closed in the evenings (you have to go to buy drinks at the reception or bring your own).
Kind and always smiling personnel, possibility to pay by card. Good location in the city centre (near the agencies making tours to The Lost City - we can recommend Teyuna Tours!). Great terrace with nice view.

FinlandThe loud music continued until 3am (not weekend) and even with ear plugs and pillow over head I didn't sleep. You need to have specially good sleeping skills to sleep here. Morning noises started at 6. This is of course due to location and neighborhood bars. Sound proofing would help.
Exceptionally nice and helpful staff, everything worked well. Room was clean and everything ok.
