The breakfast was really a disappointment, we expected a more substantial meal, it was two eggs and two small "pancakes", but they were actually two small and burnt waffles, small glass of orange juice and a small cup of coffee with milk.

The location is perfect just around the corner from "Parque de los Novios", also near from the boardwalk. The breakfast was a little bit of a disappointment, was more like a snack rather than a proper breakfast. The room was very clean, the beds were not as comfortable as we expected, you can tell the mattresses were really old as well as the pillows, but I did sleep well. There's is a lot of noise coming from inside the hotel, they play music in the lobby area, and also from outside. They provide good earplugs though.

The hotel is bit run down. The room does not have good sound proof (the window hardly closed) so it's very and I mean very noisy. But they provide earplugs, which I thought was an incredibly well thought gesture, which gained them a sound 7.

Nicely located in the very centre. Staff is super nice and attracts a good clientele (compared to the party pple all around!)

The noise at night is too loud - the music from the city centre is so loud , but what is worse are the taxis/cars honking which you can hear perfectly from the room.

It was way too loud, because of the layout the music from the lobby could be heard into the early hours even though we never saw any customers enjoying it. They provided earplugs which helped.

Great rooftop pool and it had great aircon and Netflix on the tv. Lovely staff and breakfast and close to everything.

What I loved most about Oasis Fresh Hotel in Santa Marta is that, despite being small, it has very cozy spaces. The entire lobby area is well designed and comfortable. I absolutely loved the vibe

Go there, if you like to stay out late and don’t mind loud music. The place is in the heart of the party zone and loud music is heard till early morning

The location is just off the Plaza de Novios, which is the main party zone in Santa Marta. Not much of an issue for me, but it is noisy late into the night and you have to pay attention because there is a lot of activity and some crime/drug use right on that square. Not much the hotel can do, and for some people being that close to the party is a plus. For me, it just was what it was.

Cute hotel, nice rooms and comfortable. The lift wasn't working, so that was a little annoying but otherwise very happy with the property. I had an upgraded room with a large comfortable bed and an extra bed for my luggage (not really but I used it for that). I also had a private patio which was very nice. Strong WiFi so I could do some work and a swimming pool just off the central lobby made this a nice place to stay.

The lift did not work. There were couple of dogs that were barking overnight making it difficult to sleep from the administrator of the hotel. Very noisy area to rest. The music was until 3 am. I do not recommend it if you want to rest and relax. Drinking water only locate in the ground floor.

The customer service was super good. They have done daily cleaning of the room.

The electricity was down for a few hours on 2 of the days we were there. It didn't affect us much and on the second day they gave us warning.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location, close to lovely bars, cafés and restaurants. The jacuzzi on the top floor was very enjoyable in the evenings when it cooled down. They have two really cute dogs. The AC was also great.

Very loud. Walls are very thin and there is a party outside every night. So if you are in to that, this is the place to be. If not I would look for another place. Other than that very Nice, good location near restaurants and harbour

Great location, went on a weekday so we didn’t have the issue of the night club opposite. Room was quiet on a weekday night, roof top was nice for relaxing and staff very attentive.

The bar is very noisy even late at night, if you really want a quiet and calm room we wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is located in a good area, near to Parque de los Novios, the Malecón and the historic center. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable. The common areas are beautiful and there is a good pool and a jacuzzi on the terrace.

There is a nightclub close to the hotel which blares music until 6am. Our room was beside the laundry room and the cleaner started working very loudly at 6am. So in all we had no opportunity to sleep. Earplugs are provided but didn’t work. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was also not working for the duration of our stay.

Excellent location around the corner from a nice square with some restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. Lovely shower also. Breakfast was tasty. Lovely rooftop overlooking the town.

Did not have water from one afternoon to the whole morning after in the sink and toilet. Shower was working. The pool could be a bit more cleaned throughout the day. Few death insects inside.

The location is everything!!! Few meters from the main strip everything is at walking distance it’s perfect! Loved the rooftop with the hot tub. Great drink and food selection with happy hours as well. Expect to hear some noise from the loud music surrounding the area but didn’t bother me much. They have refillable drinking water available.
