Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt's right on the 70 where there are many bars and discos, so it was noisy until quite late at night. The jacuzzi was not available.
The room was very spacious and had a nice desk. The staff were extremely helpful. Although there was no ice machine, they were always willing to get me a cup of ice. They also always offered to help me with my bicycle.

United StatesThe one drawback that prevented me from giving the hotel an excellent rating for comfort was the noise! While the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The room overlooked the main street and the noise from the bars, restaurants and traffic was very loud into the wee hours of the morning.
The location of the hotel is excellent! The price of the room was very fair. The complete staff, (reception and housekeeping), performed their duties professionally and were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The wi-fi worked very well. The shower had plenty of hot water.
