Missing windows in the rooms and no lift, if you have mobility problems 2 floors can be a problem, however in our case was no problem at all. Staff promptly took all luggage upstairs.

This hotel is located in a wonderful area and its really really good value for what we were looking for (rest after 17h flight). Big rooms and very very clean. Branding in all over the place is a plus

Hollywood beach was horrible do not go there they all approach you at once and try to sell you things.

The hotel decor was beautiful, I adored my room, it was set up so nicely. I had a room with a balcony it is on the main strip so you may hear noise like cars, music from the bars but nonetheless it was an amazing experience. Great service, friendly staff. The hotel was super clean and smelled amazing. The staff was super helpful and the hotel is in the middle of everything tons of bars, spa and activities.

Sandra who works the front desk in the mornings could potentially use a bit more training on customer service.

Rafael the front desk receptionist was exceptional. He was always Incredibly attentive to my partner and I and was a huge reason we had such a great stay at Lunala. Yesid who works in the cafe was also incredible in the morning for breakfast and always helpful. Adrian who works the night shift was one of my favorites as well. He always made sure we were safe and had what we needed. The staff here really is incredible. One of the bell hops who takes your luggage to your room when you arrive, was also EXCELLENT. I forget his name but he has a tattoo on his ankle, and is a younger guy. He helped us get taxis and was always positive. Big thank you to the TEAM! Perfect location, not far from the airport, right off of the water, and a short walk to the city centre. Highly recommend

Shower floor was extremely slippery. considering adding grout on top of the “too smooth tiled floor” to create texture to grip too. Also, when showering, most of the bathroom floor because wet… so even as you exit the shower you must hold on to avoid falling. Day vs evening staff weren’t consistent when offering bottled water, face towels. Odd mildew smell around the stairs.. might be the plants.

Hotel & café staff were pleasant. Love the option to enjoy breakfast near the pool or room.

Shower does not stay hot long at all, like maybe 5 minutes.

Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! Boutique was very clean & well put together down to the decor! I definitely recommend staying here. It's located near many restaurants and shops. Also within walking distance of everything in Getsemani. Rooms and hotel pics are just as they appear in person!

Next to a bit noisy road.

We felt very welcome when checking in (thanks Rafael ;-). The staff is really nice and flexible. Rooftop bar and patio is awesome.

The ONLY bummer was the amount of traffic on the street, especially during morning commutes. The noise wasn't a problem inside the room, but the balcony was noisy. I used headphones to be able to hear music over the noise.

Breakfast was lovely with quick service, the rooftop pool was cool but warm and I was the only one enjoying it (bonus!) The room was beautiful and I loved to be out on the shaded balcony in the hot afternoon. Drinking out of the minibar was necessary and absolutely affordable.

My only negative is the room at the front of the building is quite noisy during the day because it’s on the road side but we enjoyed sitting out there with a coffee watching the hustle and bustle. The noise was not noticeable at night however.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Getsemani, with lots of great restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk with so many different options! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, attention to detail is really good. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is immaculate. The staff were brilliant, so attentive and helpful. The roof terrace was a lovely addition, we enjoyed breakfast up there each morning as the views were stunning.

This is more expensive than some other similar hotels in Cartagena. Our room on the first night only had very small windows, the rooms on the second floor with balconies are much nicer.

Nice rooms, lovely pool and good wifi. We stayed here twice, and the staff on duty the second time were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

We made two bookings here and it's a place to return anytime again. Friendly staff members and beautiful facilities - well equipped, modern and very clean. A great choice.

People sometimes need a lot of time to react to requests, you have to be patient, especially for breakfast. Three staff members were available for two clients and it took 25 minutes to get coffee.

Great boutique hotel at the heart of the Unesco awarded old town, with beautiful rooms, a nice decoration and very friendly staff members. A big thanks to Aldair and his colleagues at the reception. Everything is modern and well working, the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped, I loved the toilettries.

During our stay the area was relatively quite but as always having some earplugs along will always ensure a good nights sleep.

A bit on the pricey end but well worth it! The room and bathroom was beautifully designed and really corresponded to the pictures. The aircon and wifi worked great! The small plunge pool was super refreshing and the rooptop terrace has a great view of the sunset. The staff was always very helpful so we always felt taken care of. The breakfast which is served in the hotel´s small Cafe was tasty and even included some fresh croissants.
