Amazing location, staff, service and amenities. Spacious and bright rooms in a very safe and convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Loved the cafe/ breakfast area, great to chilling, working or enjoying an afternoon coffee. Will definitely be back!

Staff is very friendly, location is perfect for shopping/dining in Provenza. Room was clean and quiet. Price was very reasonable. Overall would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay. The price-to-value ratio was outstanding, with quality service and amenities exceeding our expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, and the receptionist spoke fluent English, making our stay seamless. Located in a quiet area, the hotel provided a peaceful retreat. The sound isolation was fantastic—we didn't hear our neighbors at all. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty options. great value, a serene location, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

The service was wonderful! Walter was there every breakfast morning to make sure things were perfect whether we were on the terrace or at a nice table for three in the casual diner. Ludwig was constantly attentive and respectful and helped us when our daughter needed medicine from the farmacia late at night. The rest of the team made us feel like family and remembered our daughters name and helped her to her seat and made her feel special with bubbles. I really felt welcome and at home in the garden of Poblado. Close to amenities and restaurants. A cheap and fast taxi ride to the town center. I can’t say enough about how much we liked it.

It was our first time in Medellin and the location was fantastic. The bresfast have a good variation everyday. the service, the staff was impacable. We will stay their again.

Walls are a bit thin - you will likely hear neighbors in the night. Price is a bit high for the area.

Good location, easily walkable to restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is nice and modern feel. Rooms are comfortable especially with the AC. Breakfast is good, as one would expect.

The hotel is a 25 minute walk UP HILL from the Poblado park. I did not realize that the hotel was this far from the commercial area. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue in my room for the entirety of the stay which prevented the toilet from emptying properly. A maintenance person attempted to fix the toilet but was not successful. I guess I could have requested to switch rooms but was too lazy after settling in. The two elevators in the hotel were tiny and there was sometimes a wait for an empty one.

The buffet breakfast was the highlight of the stay with great tropical fruits and cakes on most days. The food was also excellent when I ordered dinner there. Most of the staff were quite helpful.

Could have more amenities such as a pool . Breakfast selection could be bigger/better. It would have been helpful if more of the staff spoke better English.

I wish it included a pool or gym but thats more of a personal thing. I would still go there again for everything else.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very accommodating with certain requests. the place included breakfast and good wifi connection. Every staff member was courteous, friendly and helpful with certain requests made. I would recommend the place for business trips.

Excellent location , the food and staff are amazing. Fabian, Alejandro,Walter,Carlos , Jorge great energy, service , beyond excellent. The second shift staff from the bar areas the lady and bartender always checking and making sure we didn’t anything. Excellent, I will definitely come back.
