What appears to be a pool is actually just a small rooftop pond. Not really practical for swimming.

Very convenient, employees extremely helpful. Breakfast (included) was excellent and they were helpful when we asked for as early breakfast due to an early pickup. Bedroom was small but bed was comfortable😁

Nothing - this hotel was amazing.

Booked the suite last minute due to a cancellation from another hotel and SO HAPPY that happened. The staff were amazing, lovely people who went the extra mile for us in every way. Andri and Jorge - great guys. The pool area is nice, the hotel is lovely and quirky and the bed was so big and comfy. The location could not be better, in the safest area of town, don't look elsewhere as fancied hotels are in more dangerous areas and this is perfect.

No hot water in the shower but it was freshing to get a cold shower after the beach or walk 😅

Just little things, reading lamp next to bed didn't work and the bar upstairs was weathered. A quick job to restore it would add a more luxurious vibe.

Liked staff, location, and way cool patio, with its pool, lounge area, bar and fitness equipment. I always fell very secure at the Jardin. My room had both a fan and Samsung air conditioning unit, so keeping cool was easy. Birds were fun to watch jumping into the shallow pool area and bathing and playing. The included breakfasts were good and a great way to start the day.

The decor was everything for me I love the old school royal theme with the crowns everywhere. i stayed in a Suite and love the 2 half baths and the amazing bathtub. Very helpful staff, Great Cooked to Order Breakfast, Amazing rooftop area.

Our room has no window but it had ac and fan, enough to feel confortable.

The stuff is super friendly, always ready to help with a smile in their faces, the pool is perfect for refreshing and the breakfast is fresh and healthy.

The only downside is that the gigantic windows of the room didn't have a proper cover to hide the light.

the mansion is beautiful, the staff incredibly nice, location is as central as it can be. I think it helped we got the big suite, we had plenty of space and a jacuzzi.

The location is excellent, you can see the sea from the bar, walking distance everywhere. Our room didn't have window but was very clean and air condition worked perfect. The staff was absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful. There's free coffee and tea all day, good selection of drinks in the bar and nice breakfast. We didn't use the pool.but it looked nice. Overall good value for money and perfect for 1 night in Santa Marta. Please mind yourself when walking in the evening/ night. Our friends got robbed in the center of Santa Marta.
