The beds were quite creaky and the wardrobes were damp and musty

All area was amaizing, beautiful garden, pool, perfect restaurant, very delicious food for good price, drinks and so on.. the staff was very friendly and they were really helpful.

I stayed at the glamping bungalow. It's simple but enough for spending a few nights. The balcony with the view is amazing! Aside from the view, it is a great bonus to the room to enjoy the sunrise or listen to all the birds. The shared bathroom facilities were nearby and clean The people who work here are very friendly and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my time there. I enjoyed reading a book in the pool and you have plenty of space around the pool to relax. Beds hammocks and chairs. Food is good, cocktails cheap and good and you can choose to use the spa facilities on the properties.

The small rooms is very small and especially the bed is to tight for 2 persons. The small room also gets very hot. The bigger room is much better.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. We went for tayrona for one night and there really helped us and kept our bags. The facilities are also great, the restaurant, the pool and the bus stop in front of the hotel. We stayed here again after Tayrona because we liked it that much. The accomodation is also very nicely decorated.

Very nice spot with a great pool nice hammocks to chill by. The room had an outdoor bath ( no hot water) but it was still very nice to sit in and clean the Body after a long day at the park. I was one of the only guest at the time but the owner took the time to chat with me and share stories. She is a lovely person. Highly recommend the pizza casa it was delicous

It is by the main road which means it’s easier to access but you can hear the road at times. Not a massive problem and it didn’t effect our sleep.

The property has beautiful grounds and you feel like you are at one with nature. The swimming pool was a nice place to cool down after a day of exploring. Loved seeing the wildlife in the areas ! We even saw a family of monkeys one day in the tree. Well located to access Tayrona park. It was unfortunately closed during our visit. The breakfast was nice too.

The only down is that there is the main road leading to the park passing next to the hotel and its noisy.

The pool is really nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. Its located in the nature and its beautiful. They gived us a lot of informations about the national Park and in 3 minutes of bus you get to the entrance.

I was there in low season so I was almost the only one there. Which I loved as it was super quiet:) I had the swimming pool for myself! The facilities are great, the pool area is super relaxing and you can eat as many mangoes as you wish since they keep falling from the trees :) The restaurant on site is good and has several options.

The bathroom could be a bit more clean.

Super quite, we were the only ones. The pool is really clean and lovely for swimming. I had a nice massage there. The little cabin is super cozy and has a mosquito net!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Excellent staff and comfortable rooms. We stayed in the Bungalow with a fan, which was nicely built and cleaned. The staff is very kind and gave us exceptional service, especially David, who works in both reception and the restaurant. The included breakfast has a nice variety, and all meals were delicious. Lastly, the wi-fi worked perfectly in the reception and restaurant, a must during our stay.

Water pressure up on the hill was low, but not terrible. Steps and driveway (steep) were slippery (cleaned daily but slimy in places), and the cabin was advertised as having a view which it didn’t.

The staff were lovely, and this for me often makes all the difference! The food was great, and well priced. The swimming pool was fantastic and they team were busy making small changes / improvements to different areas around the lodge which gave it a feeling of care and nurturing.

Perfect environment immerse in nature and very close to Tayrona (just a quick bus ride). The staff was very helpful as we picked up our bags after our day at the park and needed to head to Palomino the same night.

This is not really a con, but the property is a half an hour walk from Tayrona National Parks Gate, and then a great number of steps up, which is quite a stretch after a long days hike. But there is Plaza Tayrona opposite, which is a mini complex with restaurants, bars and a minimarket.

We stayed in the deluxe double room, which is recommended as the ‘bungalows’ are glamping tents and become bug-infested at night. The breakfast and pool area are both lovely. There is a resident dog and cat at the property.
