Was dirty, unmaintained, there was a puddle on the bathroom floor when I checked in, the staff seem to be purposely trying to shout as loud as possible 24/7 to each other knowing that the internal walls are paper thin. There’s a few reviews about the external noise, it was nothing compared to the reception staff and “cleaners” didn’t bother going for breakfast after I saw the state of the place

Trouble with the manager in charge. Not much trouble with the staff. I was very very generous and kind and respectful with the staff to only end up final check trouble with manager and staff.

Location is perfect. The price is okie for what you get. Mostly location nothing else really

I asked for double superior room. When I got to the place they had wrong the dates of my stay so they could not offer the room I reserved. Instead they offer me to change from one room to another. After some time they offer a smaller room for the whole stay. The room had no windows and the bathroom did not have hot water (The did not change the price or offer any compensation). Next to the hotel there is a bar with music the hole night and the room is not soundproof so forget about it if you want to sleep early. It feels like the music is inside the room.

The property was hard to get into with bags as they have stairs with a very small door entry There were two things that went very wrong with my stay, because otherwise it was excellent Number one my bedroom was good. Lots of lighting and Aircon was nice, but under my bed I found a package of cocaine . I wasn’t shocked as a Colombian I know it’s normal that people use drugs in the city but to find it under my bed was very shocking. Almost like it was planted there. Looks like the cleaners don’t clean under the bed. It was left there on purpose either way I gave it to the receptionist when I left. Number two I do not live in Colombia. I am a resident of a country in Europe and I did my booking through Booking.com when I went to the hotel and presented my documents as a Colombian. I was being charged a fee because I was Colombian but to my confusion, they said they were no fees as I wasn’t international Guest but it looks like today advantage. They said I have to pay because I am Colombian but if I had given them my residency card from the other country I live in they would not have charged me. I think this is ridiculous and they just wanted to make money it was only 16%. I was meant to be charged and they charged me 20%, that’s the end of my story goodbye

The staff were making so much noise outside our room at 6am without any care for people sleeping. Shouting and laughing, we had a very long days travel ahead and didn't need waking up.

There was a water leak somewhere above my room. It continually left a water Puddle in my bathroom wiped it up one and it was back within the hour. Then I noticed live mold spores on the oposite wall of the bathroom. I touché the wall and it was saturated with water also.

We left after one night (charged for 3 nights) due to excessive noise from loud external sources (music, partying voices, etc). We asked for a room change but was told none available. They gave us ear plugs.

Lack of noise insulation of windows and walls. The hotel is surrounded by bars playing loud music until 2am.

There is a lot of noise from the clubs just in front of the hotel, so it was noisy, especially because it was not possible to completely close the window. Avoid the rooms next to the reception if you want to avoid noise from people talking in that common area.

Nice staff, just in front of Parque del Poblado, and not far from Parque Lleras, with a lot of nice places to eat and drink. Good if you are looking for a lively neighbourhood.

Other than that that the hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and upgrade. The rooms are ran down. Mine had a broken shower, was overall dirty and extremely noisy as it is right on El Poblado park with single glazed old windows. Staff at the reception was unhappy to see a foreigner, they were a bit more friendly once I started speaking Spanish. Don't stay there unless you have no alternative.

I booked last minute and the only reason was the 24h reception and late check out. I arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight and I was able to check in at that time. I could get some rest as check out is by 13:00.

Reservation and check in process Very boring. Room was locked but even só It was open by unknown person during the night. Noise from guests and from bars in the neighborhood is absurd. Room is Very bad furnished.

There was a leak in the bathroom that was 'fixed' by cutting water to the sink. It was loud, very loud. At all hours of the night. Towels and amenities were very basic, not surprisingly, but the room was not extremely cheap by Medellín standards. No refunds on reservations, so I lost 4 days of payment when I switched hotels to another neighborhood.

It was very close to the nightlife district, and the staff were generally nice and attentive

Staff rude from arrival, had to pay taxes and I booked from the US, coming from the US you DO NOT PAY TAXES. Location next to bars music really loud, till 3am, very loud. Location is really bad, sketchy area, a lot, going on, don't go with family. TV didn't work, had to change room.next day, only the second night attendan was nice, tv didnt work agam, but she mannaged to fix it. Breakfast poor, bad service. The lady that makes breakfast has a relly bad attitude, no orange juice, no coffee. Just Do not go to this hotel, not worth it.

I received multiple messages from the hotel, even after I was already checked in, requesting a prepayment, which I could not make. The bathroom had no place to put cosmetics. The noise at night.

Wi-Fi connection was weak inside the room, and the bathroom, when taking a shower, the water doesn't drain properly.

Omg. If u ever wished to sleep in the middle of a nightclub, this is ur place. 3AM monday and music still playing very loud. It is NOTa place to stay at all. And I am not a sensitive person to the noise, but this place , the noise is unbearable, too much and too loud.

The hotel had no water service whatsoever during our stay. The staff memebers that were at the front desk were terrible and at some point one of them was very rude. One of the curtains just fell and it was not fixed, so everyone could see what we were doing from outside The kitchen was closed most of the time and they were not prepared at all for any emergency Due to the lack of water we were not able to use most of the common areas.

the water went out for entire hotel. kept being told it was being fixed. staff given ni info but got us containers of water to flush toilets... no running water for 2 days... still waitng to find out if they are refunding anything
