We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We spent 1 night here before our flight out of Cartagena and enjoyed it. Huge bed, AC & fan, decent shower and Smart TV. Allowed an early check-in, and when leaving we walked 2 mins to be at the airport. Swimming pool and kitchen are nice too!

I stayed here for a night before a flight out of Cartagena and it was perfect. Less than 2 mins walk from the airport. Dorm was a good size with AC and a fan. I arrived a little late at night and Manon on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, even firing up the kitchen so I could have some food (she makes a mean chicken wrap!). The included breakfast is good quality. Communal areas are spacious and well maintained.

Atmosphere is great! Staff is amazing, makes you feel like at home. Alfredo and my roommates saved my life offering help when I had to wait for my baggage to arrive. You get to know a lot of nice people and their travel stories. Pool area is really pleasant and there's a mango tree and you can eat fruit from it. Very handy to the airport literally 2 mins walk.

NetherlandsThe only downside was that they didn't accept payment by card which was not mentioned on the page. To get some cash I went out and 4 our of 5 ATM's didn't work, so it was a bit of a hassle (In the airport terminal there are a lot of cashamchines, but you can't get in there if you don't have a flight that day, so be smart and if you stay here upon arrival, get your cash in the terminal) A little note for the people responding to reviews on Booking: you don't have to be mean when people give feedback about their experience. If they don't like your cold shower, that's ok. ;)
THis place is amazing if you have an early morning flight to catch or when you arrive in the middle of the night. It's a 1 minute walk away from the airport terminal an it's unbelievable that it is so quiet there, even with flights during the night I hardly heared them. The aircon is at a fixed temperature and it was completely fine. The swimmingpool was under construction while I was there (was mentioned on their page at booking, so I knew that), but the patio with the pool looks like a nice place to hangout. They let me store my heavy luggage there the day before I stayed with them, as I went off to Rosario Islands. Super kind and friendly, communication was fine too.

GuatemalaThe staff, though friendly, was not too helpful and seems to have limited knowledge about tourist places in the area. It was relatively noisy, and especially the doorbell is super loud.
It is a very nice hostel, with comfy beds and curtains so you get some privacy. Bathroom was also clean and the hangout area is very nice. Also, if you have a flight to catch it is incredibly close to the airport.

Very friendly staff. Generous breakfast. Very clean. Very large private bathroom in the dorm. Large lockers in the room. Good shower. Large, clean and fully equipped kitchen . A couple of minutes walk to the airport, but you can barely hear planes taking off and landing .Lots of place to eat and few supermarkets nearby. A pool and you can play your own music. .

Me and my husband really enjoyed it, the room was nice, the beds were comfortable, there was AC and everything you need in the room, the bathroom was great (there was no hot water, but everything else was great), and the stuff is VERY friendly and nice!! We had a breakfast in the morning, and as our flight got delayed, we could leave our bags inside and go for a walk. Overall, I totally recommend this place!

HungaryOne minute walk from the airport. My flight was delayed and I arrived at 2 am and appreciated the short walk through the quiet, sleepy neighborhood. Reception truly 24 hours. Breakfast tasty. Room clean and quiet. Do remember to bring Colombian cash, as that is all they accept. No complaints!
