The Hotel is close to Andino and Parque 93. There is some excellent restaurants close to the Hotel. The Breakfast is excellent with good variety of food

Bed is very comfortable but pillows are awful.

Always a excellent experience. Travel through Bogota to Cartagena three times per year. Staff is great especially Wilson at front desk. Every one is accommodating to our needs. My home away from home when we are in Bogota. Location easy walk to 6 very good restaurants

The workout bench in the gym was broken and I actually fell off it while working out. Luckily the weights I was holding landed on the floor next to me and not on me. I told the front desk about it and not only wasn't it fixed right away, but there was no sign or anything put on the bench to warn people. When I left it had still not been repaired. Since your gym was very limited to begin with, not having the bench was a major disappointment.

Breakfast was delicious.. I am gluten and dairy free so it would have been nice to have a few more options, or items marked in more detail with their allergens.

kudos to the whole staff from receptionists to cleaning ladies… they are kind and welcoming. Mr Carlos Garcia went out of his way to help us in every way possible! The location is literally the best in bogota in terms of nightlife, restaurants, shopping and safety!

Excellent location, great beds in the large standard room. If you don’t find what you want for breakfast they will make it for you. A nice bar area and all staff were helpful and smiling. Great value hotel.

I can not find anything I did not like.

The variety on every day options for breakfast was incredile, very good and healthy food, Included in the night price amazing. The rooms very spacious and confortable bed, beautifull decor and amenitys with a wonderfull smell. Super clean spaces every day. Amazing location, 5 blocks away from Zona T, Andino and Retiro malls. Very good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

That the reception downstairs is not well indicated as entry of the hotel. when I arrived after 14 Hrs travel, tired, I had to call my friends who were already there, by phone, how to get into the hotel, as that was not clear. The downstairs lobby, which is not the reception, but the concierge, is supposed to be manned 24/24 according to the reception on the 1st floor, but this is often not the case and not when I arrived. I think the hotel needs to put up some signs to straighten that out, especially as there is no entry on the street side, where a taxi leaves you. What I also did not appreciate is that I went for a wedding and there were "special rates" for the wedding guests, but I found on Booking.com, even 3 months in advance like the booking for the special rates was supposed to be done, was cheaper. Though I just saw that for another wedding in The Netherlands in October, too, Booking.com is cheaper then the 'special wedding guest rates'... seems to be a 'thing'...

Good hotel in a good area, very friendly and helpful staff. If I am in Bogota again, I will stay there, not cheap, but good value for Bogota.
