They didn’t inform me in advance that the mini bar stuffs weren’t free, I had to pay for what was consumed when I was checking out. Which I find very inconvenient and unfair, because hotels give mini bar as a compliment once you book with them.

lack of personal for doing check-in or check-outs, however they did their best and considering that it was high season, it was complicated for them.

The staff that is ready every morning for the breakfast buffet is amazing. Big shoutout to Hermides Perdomo who always walked the extra mile to provide the best service ever.

Probably the only thing I didn't like is the bathroom in our junior sweet seemed small but was nice.

I like this hotel a lot. I've been coming here for over 5 years and had my wedding reception here. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

The other guests from hotel in swimming pool were very noisy and I am very thankful for a good solution with a reduced opening time till 9 p.m. The breakfast is good, but far far away from european quality (breads and buns are really untasty and sweet..., but it is not a fault of hotel. In Colombian supermarkets are also the same things... They have no idea how good the breads and buns can be. Sad.). Not many vegeterian options/salads and complete lack of sweets (cakes, cookies, etc.).

The room was very spacios and clean with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The magnificent pools in the number of 4!!! were a very good idea! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is looking tired and old. The rooms are clean but the water pressure was non existent, doors didn't close properly, etc. The hotel needs some repairs because for the price I paid I can find better properties with breakfast included! I had arranged for airport pick up as I was traveling with kids and hadn't been in Colombia many years, the hotel never sent the shuttle to pick us up!

Everything was great, except the air conditioning, which only worked in the bedroom area of our suite, and not in the living room area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our toddler and greatly enjoyed the pool. We had asked for a crib when we reserved the room, and it was there when we arrived. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is alright, but you have to take a cab when you are going somewhere.

Great room, spacious and clean with super view over the sea (we were on 10th floor). Great option if you need to take a flight early in the morning. Great restaurant too.

One of the check in staff was mean. The rooms were very small with a weird smell. The ac wasn’t working in the room properly.

The breakfast was delicious. Property is in centralized location.

The cleaning staff took a shirt of mine while cleaning and never returned it , besides , the location is a little bit far from the center . Also the sauna and Turkish bath didn't start on time because the staff were never on time at 10 am.

The facilities were really comfortable and clean , the pool and jacuzzi were really good and the food was extremely delicious.
