Everything was incredible, staff were excellent, even though the property was undergoing some renovations its was made extremely comfortable to be around. Breakfast was perfect. The pool suite was just amazing. Beds are very comfortable and large bathrooms with double sinks. Large shower and separate WC. Full glass wall opens up to your pool garden also.

I wishef they had some Colombian options for breakfast. Still, fresh fruit, good coffee and egg station was good.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was so attentive and kind. The room was clean and modern (just a bit on the smaller side). They were willing to refill my water bottle everyday. Everything you need is around the corner.

The room is essential in terms of space, but well organized. The hotel was under renovation and we could not enjoy the top floor, but otherwise very positive experience.

It's a cozy and very comfortable boutique hotel on a quiet street and with several restaurants and coffee shop options in the immediate surroundings. Helpful and kind staff and memorable breakfast.

There was building work on the roof and as we were put on the top floor you would not want to have been in the room during the day. Worth checking with them

Nice part of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s a taxi ride from the historic centre. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the design theme of the hotel looks good. Spacious, comfortable room.

Stylish boutique hotel within a quiet location with access to various restaurants where one can dine in Chapinero. The decore of Hotel Coco is on point. Suite 1 has a fabulous hot pool for midnight chillin 😊 One of the biggest and outstanding asset is the staff, amazing! Cesar, the Rooms Division Manager, would be a great General Manager ! He loves his guest and this filters through every team member you meet ! If you need a driver ask reception to book you Carlos Mahecha. He’s a brilliant driver and tour guide.

My room was kind of dark and very next to another building with people working. I need like a mirror where I can see myself as my entire body. The light in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough for me to put my makeup on.

We could not find hairdryer in our room (but we also did not ask for it at the reception, so it might be provided upon request - better to get in touch with the hotel reception earlier to confirm this).

Very nice and modern hotel located on a quiet street. Sound isolation was decent, some noise from the hall could be heard but it was minimal as there are not so many rooms on each of the floors. Shower was very nice - good pressure and easily adjusted. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and included in the price. Lots of fruit options. The area felt very safe as well with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby.

We loved the breakfast, it was one of the best we have in all of Colombia. The interior design was also really, but most of all the staff. The reception team Anderson, Daniella and Adrianna. The security and breakfast team were also great including Freddie, Angel, Carlos and especially Lili. Thanks for a great trip we will definitely stay again!

Great location, good food, friendly staff. Perfect place to get over jet lag for a couple of days. Easy to take Uber / taxi to other parts of town. Neighbourhood is very cute, bars, restaurants etc. Even a couple of bookshops that stock English titles. Will visit again!

The hotel could have had a pool for the guests. They only had pool with premium/special rooms which were only accessible to the guests in those rooms (private pool).

The breakfast in the hotel was a lavish spread. Very nice view from the breakfast area on the roof top. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Lilly (the main server of breakfast) went out of her way to make us comfortable and feel special. The breakfast was really really good. Adriana in the reception speaks good English and very helpful with local tours if requested by the guests. Felipe, who picked us up from the airport and took us to Villa de Leyva is a great guy and extremely helpful. He was a great company as well. Very safe driver and extremely accommodating to the guest's needs. Could not have asked for anyone better. The hotel does pick up the guests from the airport and drop off at an additional cost. The location of the hotel is very convenient and in the heart of Chapinero Norte and less than 5 mins walk from the restaurants and bars. Cafes galore in the neighborhood and plenty of cuisine options. It's a very vibrant and safe neighborhood. We hung out till late night in the neighborhood to soak in the vibes. Cool tapas bars around. I will definitely come back to Bogota and stay in this hotel.

Unfortunately the roof terrace was closed due to a private event which was very disappointing. Restaurant menu was also very limited with some things not available.

Staff were lovely, rooms were very comfortable with a great shower and the breakfast was excellent.

Windows did not open which is a bummer as the weather was perfect and view of the charming street even better. I would have appreciated more hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom (to better hang and dry towels).

Hotel Coco is a fab boutique hotel in Chapinero. Fantastic location with waking distance (10-12 min or so) to some amazing restaurants. Like El Chato, voted top 5 in S. America. Room had a super comfy bed and an amazing shower!

Superb newly refurbished hotel. Very classy and, I would say, luxurious. Very good quality Wifi. Breakfast is very good. Very good location, with restaurant options 1-2 blocks away. Safe area. Close to public transportation (L81 is one block away)

I wished there was a desk in the room. Some table to work at or put some of my things on. I also would have liked to have a big mirror in the room to see myself top to bottom.

The bed very comfortable. Breakfast and rooftop view was great, I loved it. The neighborhood is safe and lovely to explore.
