Everything was great, really. Maybe in terms of distance towards the city, it is a bit further away (15-20 mins by taxi), but that is only a problem if you stay for a longer time and need to go back and forth between the city and the hotel. I didn't find it to be an inconvenience.

One of my favorite stays in Colombia - the best thing about the hotel is how close it is to the airport. Literally a 15 mins walk (I tried it with a backpack). Once arrived, the atmosphere is like getting to your grandma's home. The people tending to the hotel are very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They are one of the best assets of the place. There is a small pool at the center of the hotel yard, perfect for chilling after a hot day. The daily breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious. In all - I had a great stay and enjoyed this charming hotel very much.

Very quiet and with comfortable rooms with very spacious bathroom. Perfect to have a quiet short stay with kids nearby Cartagena historic Centro where you can get by cab/uber in 10 minutes easily. Very nice staff!

The property was outside of the known Central Cartagena walls. However very close to the airport. The neighborhood was not very touristic, however felt safe.

The property was secluded, with max 10 rooms. It was quiet and felt like home.

Everything was perfect, we wish we could stay here longer

This was the nicest place we stayed at in our time in Colombia. Luz, the host, was so welcoming and kind, Always available to help. (All staff members were incredibly welcoming) After bag packing for the past 2 weeks we felt so comfortable and at ease here. Hotel is incredibly clean, great location. Nice breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend staying here.

I loved everything about my stay at Charme 64 Hotel which was pristine, beautifully decorated, comfortable, centrally located, and has the most gracious staff.

The location is not the best to visit the Center: requires 15-20 min of taxi to get there back and forth. Not a lot of restaurants or groceries in walking distance. Breakfasts are really basic and not very good. The Chef tries to please the clients, but gets mad when showing up early... or when eating food from outside at lunch or for supper.

Quiet and safe location to walk around. Comfortable rooms. Access to great common areas outside and inside. Nice and helpful staff. Close to the airport.

I think it may be a cultural thing, I use washcloths and neither Costa Rica, nor Cartegena had them. The bed was a little firm for me, but my husband slept like a rock. We didn't have any glasses in the room, but we also didn't ask. I'm sure they would have been provided. They have only been open since December 2023 and are doing a wonderful job.

The breakfast was wonderful! They completely accounted for my food allergies. Fresh fruits and juices, local flavors and a faboulous cook. Rudolpho! Such a sweet man. No english at all, but my limited spanish warmed his heart and helped me learn more. We also had a very tasty lunch. The owners, Francisco ans Estafania( Stef), are fabulous too. There was a holiday during our stay, and Francisco walked up the street to the restaurant we were going to eat at that night to check if it was open so we would waste our time. What great service! I am a scent person and all the soaps are really nice and didn't bother my allergies. He made great recommendations on other restaurants and grocery stores also. The almost always sleeping house cat is very sweet. It was very easy to get to and from the airport and ubers are the only way to go. Be sure to have your translater app. Most drivers are not bilingual.

There wasn't anything negative about our stay; everything was perfect!

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our family, including our one-year-old niece. Speaking of the room, it was impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the bedding to the thoughtful touches like extra towels and toiletries. The chef truly knows their craft, delivering flavors that delighted our taste buds. A definite highlight of our stay! However, what truly sets of Charme 64 Hotel apart is its unwavering commitment to hospitality. Whether it was the warm greetings from the staff each time we passed through the lobby, their genuine care and attention made us feel like part of the family.
