The view from the room we had was of a metal rooftop and rolls of razor wire, with a bit of taller buildings in the background. (I am sure that other rooms have a nicer view.) There is an advertised safe in the room, but it is an old-fashioned style safe that locks with a key and there was no key. There was only one coat hanger in the closet - although I suspect that had I asked for more the staff would have happily accomodated the request. There is a nice lounge, sitting area where breakfast is served, it would be really nice if in the late afternoon or evening it would be possible to have a drink there. The internet connection was stable, but pretty slow. In general, however, none of that really bothered me very much.

The hotel is in an excellent location, near the beginning of Av. Circunvalar where there are many good restaurants and bars and good shopping. But also an easy walk to downtown and some of the historic areas. The hotel is excellent value for the money, especially compared to some of the other Pereira hotels I have stayed in that are more in the city center. It is an older hotel, almost quaint, but nicely kept up and very clean and well run. The walls seem to be thick so the room was very quiet, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will probably be staying there from now on when I am in Pereira.

My parents left early and did not get a chance for breakfast. So I asked for packing it up to serve as my lunch. But was told the hotel can only deliver it to the room and I will be charged for room service. I gave up.

Perfect location, great breakfast with a view& fabulous staff. Especially Jimmy at night shift helped us early in the morning to get transported to airport.

The breakfast looked uninteresting, so I just had coffee. One of the breakfast servers needs to learn how to smile. The checkout process was unpleasant; the clerk left me standing at the desk while he went to check my room. I'm 74 and have never had that happen. He could at least have invited me to sit down. I asked for hot water for my travel thermos and was told there would be an extra charge, even though I had had no breakfast. These two picky incidents left a very bad taste after a lovely couple of days at this upscale hotel.

The location was nice, tucked away on a quiet street in a busy area. The desk clerk who checked me in and the bellman were lovely and welcomed me warmly. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

The staff, the facility, the location were all top quality. We visited Pereira for the first time and stayed there, and it was an ideal spot to explore from— everything is close and easy to reach on foot. Central location but quiet at night! Friendly staff, clean, beautiful hotel. Top notch!

Small complaints so I feel a bit like the old guys from the muppets but still, keep in mind: No elevator so climbing to 3rd floor means 2 stories of stairs. The place is quite old, though very well maintained. Breakfast is fine, but could be better if the supplied some bread😀

It would be great if they could provide a big water dispenser for guests to fill up their water bottles. Also, my breakfast was on the small-side so more generous portions from the kitchen!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff at this hotel are really welcoming, helpful and friendly. They show initiative when needed too with taxis and further bookings. They have a great location near the centre with good shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very secure at night too.

Very attentive and friendly staff! Location close to stores and restaurants. Even found a cute little cat cafe for my daughter nearby. Beautiful hotel with nice sized room and lovely bathroom. Clean and well appointed. Restaurant has a variety of options and they were kind enough to give us delicious ham and cheese sandwiches for our early departure. Overall great experience!
