I did not like the fact that there is no hot water and the pool is small and in a weird location. Also, the restaurant should have more authentic Colombian food instead of American stuff.

The staff are very nice, the restaurant upstairs was good and the location perfect close to beach and stores.

The quality of the food is not good, everything were low quality. Also, they said that the breakfast starts at 6:30am but it is not true, all days that I was there they were always late. There is not enough space in the room to store clothes.

The location is good, I thing a little big dangerous for children because in order to go to the beach you must cross the highway.

Everything was great at the hotel. Staff were friendly. They cleaned the rooms every day. The shower had hot water. For the price, it was great value. The swimming pool is small so don't expect to swim there. It it more hot tub/jacuzzi size.

Just a few minor annoyances, small stuff, there was no bathroom mirror and had an issue with the cable TV.

Very friendly at check in, I drove my car and so the hotel had a small space in front to park my car, room was spotless clean, WiFi worked great, small but freshly prepared breakfast.

The breakfast lady is a disaster. She didnt ask for the order and decided to make whatever she wanted for us. She was more concerned about the music playlist.

I don't like being treated as a swindler, and Im sure no other guest will either. This hotel accepts payments by card and should not question the authenticy of my payment once it has been accepted by the machine with correct with PIN-code etc. There should be no delay in showing us (3 persons in 2 rooms for 1 night) to our rooms or handing us our keys. It took almost half an hour to get our rooms keys, and still the issue was not sorted out. The entire stay in Gaira, Santa Marta, was ruined due to this, as there could still could be problems for us checking-out and catch our flight in the morning. Also, the lady cooking breakfast should improve her attitude towards paying guests. I have written to Booking.com about this hotel. Im sure the hotel will respond with some cheeky comment to me writing this. I recommend other hotels closer to the beach and with staff that treats you like the guest you are. Stay at this hotel at your own perril!

My worst experience ever through Booking.com! Beware if you try to pay with card at this establishment. They may try to make you pay twice with your card as was the case for me, and not proceed with check-in until payment shows at their bank. This could take a day or two or more depending on banking days...

Food was terrible. The bar upstairs played very loud music till 10pm without considering the needs of the guests. Didn’t feel comfortable with information displayed as punitive warnings rather than friendly advice especially regarding the use of their facilities. They have a small sofa supposedly for people to sit but can’t recline your back because they have put a massive picture on the wall behind the sofa.

The only observation is that they should update the address of the hotel in Booking, because apparently there was a change of nomenclature and it took us a long time to find the place.

The hotel is very familiar, it is kept clean, cleaning in the rooms was done every day, there were no delays with the breakfast service. They have made an effort to improve the bad observations so what I feared would happen when reading the bad observations I can say that they have made an effort to improve.

the hotel is clean, safe, a nice family place, its quite basic, a little bit noisy with other guests, the breakfast is very basic from a meal plan, not a full breakfast at all, it didn't bother us we found a great small café in town where they played very good blues music all day the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked excellent, no hot water in the shower but not a problem for us
