we booked into a pano suite room, and the interleding door to our connecting room was damaged! could not open at all. the room was not prepared for our arrival, then we had to wait 30mins for maintenance to come and fix the door to open it for my mother to sleep in. there was no good feeling entering our room, no fresh small flowers. very different to our stay in January 2024. i think its because Irena checked us in our room in January. I was so sorry to hear that she has left the company. but anyways Ashin made our stay very pleasant. Ashin should be head guest relations manager.

I was so happy to see your assistant manager Ashin, she always exceeds our expectation, always so professional and happy. A thank you to Max, Jessi and Zarina. and oh my word i will miss Julia on floor 49. she is such a graceful young lady. And Jerri on 49th floor should be the head manager on floor 49. nothing is impossible for Jerri, he is intelligent and kind. and very proactive.

Little comment: the food menu could be larger in the lobby bar (choice is slightly limited)

Amazing view from the room (we had a Pearl tower room on 45th floor), from the lobby bar and rooftop Flair (not just a bar but also a very nice restaurant. Spacious, great service (and major part of staff speaks English), including very nice room service. Very good quality of WiFi.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all greeted us because it was our 36th anniversary and they even decorated our room and gave us some fruits, cake and wine to celebrate. Thank you to all the people in Ritz Carlton Shanghai Pudong that help make our stay memorable.

We spent a few day of our honeymoon there and everything was beyond our expectation. Every staff member took exceptional good care of us, from the airport pickup to check out. The room was marvellous and the club lounge was a very special privilege with a large range of drinks and very well stuffed buffet.

Everything was en pointe, staff were attentive to our every needs. Our room has club lounge access and it’s definitely worth it, every meal we had was amazing and the room has killer views. Would definitely stay there again :)

Restaurant overloaded for breakfast, I needed to wait long to get seated. And at dinner the serving was not high level, not professional. Fish was “torn” and stapled in shredded pieces.
