Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I was greeted well by the warm staff like lucas and a lady. One of them shd b their mgr controlling the AI dog to keep the guest entertained in the lobby. I was amazed this time by these boutique hotel in guangzhou to fully using Al. Even room switches and all. Big applause! Upon ck out, I also hv rick who was so helpful with my luggage. Also great complimentary coffee. Kudos to all! Keep it up.

SingaporeThe setting of the air-condition in the room is different from actual room temperature and the fan is rather loud. There are some construction noise from the construction of metro along the road but it didn’t affect me much after I closed the 2 layer of windows and 2 layers of curtains.
Good location, nice service stuffs, good facilities like free washer and dryer. Breakfast is pretty good for the price.

At the breakfast we could choose from a variety of food - delicious fresh cooked Chinese or western style breakfast. Also there is very good coffee available in the lobby. Need to go up to 3rd Level by elevator and climb down the stairs to lobby as elevators go up but not down as the toilet belongs to the hospital next door. 1)VERY VERY INCONVENIENT TO GET A TAXI AS WE NEED TO WALK A SHORT DISTANCE WITH ALL THE LUGGAGES ALONG THE PAVEMENT TO A CURVED SPACE AS THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF A MAIN ROAD WHEREBY THERE IS NO ENTRANCE PORCH. STAFF DO NOT ASSIST IN HAILING CAB TO AIRPORT. 2) Every time go out of room, even hanged “Make up room” sign, beds/room were still not done. Understand that you must personally tell the housekeeping to do that. So cumbersome. For the price charged….room small
