We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBar closed at 9pm! No info on tours or how to get around. Very little English spoken by any of the staff, very difficult to communicate with them especially when all social media and google translate is cut off, not hotels fault, but a National thing.
Location was very good, comfortable bed and the rooms are well equipt with everything you need.

Right in town. Beijing a big town I mean huge city. But location of hotel good for the major attractions and subway at front door and buses as well. Couldn't ask for more. Also for day tours they pick-up nearby. Really just a great location. 👍 Restaurants abound and fast food easy cheap or expensive your choice.

SingaporeThank you for making our stay so comfortable. The only 2 negative feedback is that 1) there are many smoking customers. I guess that is beyond the control of the hotel. We could smell the smoke from within our room for several nights. The staff helped to suggest opening the windows, and allowed us to change our room but that didn't help, I think there are too many customers disregarding the non-smoking policy. 2) the air-conditioning was too cold. When we asked for help, we were told the temperature was central controlled and couldn't be adjusted from within the room. However, the hotel did great at many other aspects. The location is wonderful, right at the doorstep of the train station (with line 2 and line 5) and walking distance (about 10min) to malls with supermarkets and the delicious 便宜坊烤鸭. The front desk gave us an option of an upgrade of room at a small fee, allowed us to see both rooms before we made our choice. Room service was wonderful, special mention of 党俊英 who was very attentive. I'm impressed she took notice of many details of our preferences, even the way I like my bed made. She helped with our requests of extra bottles of water, extra towels, and always asked what else we needed whenever we met her along the corridor. The hotel kitchen also sent up utensils when we needed them for our takeaway food. Breakfast could also be taken out when we didn't want to eat in the dining hall, they gave us takeaway boxes for us to pack what we wanted, they would also pack you breakfast if you didn't want to do it yourself. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we enjoyed our holiday. thank you all working at 新侨饭店!

United Arab EmiratesThe reception and room handling staff wasnt very cooperative. The ACs are centralized so doesnt matter how humid the room gets, you have to live with it. Additionally, I have issues with rooms being farther from the lift and I need an external window to the room to which the staff showed least concerned and were not willing to, and did not change the room for it.
Its a very nice hotel - the hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. Overall a good experience and would probably stay another time too.
