We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location, could not be more central. This historic hotel is the setting of the origin point for all distances in Shanghai. In the lobby stands a brass round plaque with a map, wich marks the distance 0. Set on People Square, just next to Shanghai Grand Theater, the Pacífic Hotel, the Shanghai n⁰1 departement store, the Word Emporium, and other historic builldings, it stands also near the Shanghai Museum and the new Opera House. 3 metro lines serve the place and are just across the Street. The buillding itself, is well preserved and has magnificent Art Deco features. Toghether with the Peace Hotel, not too far in the Bund, is undoubtly one of the best exemples of Art Deco in this glittering city.

MongoliaRoom Wifi was too slow to use so I had to buy Data from overseas. We had booked the hotel several days ago therefore had given our credit card information. The reception had cancelled our order without which was frustrating. She claimed that she had tried to call us to confirm whether we are coming or not. Unfortunately we don't speak Chinese also we were on the way to Guangzhou. Luckily they had available rooms. I wish they speak English.
The first of all I liked the air con/except bit of noise/ and the bed. The bed was perfect not too soft, not too hard also doesn't heat the body. Moreover I must admit that I really enjoyed the breakfast. Not too Chinese, not much spice also plenty of options to choose. Finally in the second floor they have a nice fitness center which is way better than the other . There are lots of restaurants around the place.

ChinaAt first the reception staff said that they gave away my room just because I mentioned that I would arrive at 6 and I arrived at 6.35 due to traffic jam. It seemed that there was no more room available when suddenly one appeared. They also asked for 500RMB deposit that was not mentioned before. Got it back smoothly the day after anyway.
Good position very close to walking area. Very good looking hotel and room.
