Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeKids bunker bed appreciate if can put thicker mattress. It’s really thin which I can feel the bed board. Service for doorman of hotel could be improved as well. Felt that his unfriendly.
Was staying in a family room and that little effort to be able to check in early in this season of winter was much a plus point for us. Room was cosy and big.

Breakfast mainly Chinese dishes, but also some Western style food. Good Coffee. Basically everything available and good quality. Rooms are OK and cleanliness is good. Would stay here again. There is a family mart located directly in the building which is quite convinient.

PolandThe only drawback was the bathroom in which one occasionally could smell cigarette smoke from some other room(s) because of the poor ventilation system.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min walk from a metro station. What's particularly good about it is that the swimming pool is open until 9 or 10pm so one can have a swim in the evening and the water temperature is just about right. The breakfast is tasty and offers a decent choice. During our stay the staff were always very approachable and helpful and the cleaning service was excellent.

United KingdomOne of the staff at the reception is very rude. She is short and on the older / senior side, and wears glasses. Poor attitude- no smile, confrontational, condescending tone of voice, vague and unhelpful with her answers. At one point it was getting heated and we were we about to argue, but i decided to walk away. How can she possibly have a job in hospitality? I can understand if she was having one bad day, but she was like this every time i spoke to her during my stay. I ended up leaving a few days early because of her and changed to Radisson. I won't be back here again purely because of her. Try to avoid her if she is at the check-in or check-out- line up in another que for another staff instead.
Building had everything you could want- gym, pool, 7-11, working area in the lobby, business centre. Very clean. View was fair- nothing spectacular. Could have stayed for a long time

The location is great! Not too far from prominent tourist attractions. there's a minimarket, restaurants, malls, drugstore only a short walk away! The staffs are very helpful, very quick to cater any queries. The room is very convenient, everything is clean, smells good. I'm taking my parents with me and they're very satisfied with the room! I will definitely come back here whenever I visit Shanghai and would recommend to everyone to stay here!

*Polite and gentle behavior from all staff, * Very helpful and cooperative, * Always ready to serve with a smile. * Hotel allowed us to do early check in and check out late too, and that too during the CNY time which is a busy time for the hotel is highly praiseworthy. *High appreciation for the nice gesture of the lady who everyday helps us bringing the lift for us with a smile after our breakfast at the floor 2.
