Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryUnfortunately our flight was cancelled, we had to extend our stay in Shanghai. I called the hotel from the airport to ask, if they are able to accomodate.us for the 2 nights whe had to extend our stay. They said, the hotel is 100% booked, no rooms are available. I jave checked on the Booking.com and on the Trip.com before my call, and there I would have been able to reserve the room, but the denial of the hotel staff left me with a very bad taste, we booked anoter hotel. Please, infirm the staff to chexk the availabilities accessible of the agencies, and so not desimform clients, it makes you loose customers and the reputation of your otherwise fantastic chain.

South KoreaIt was a room without a window leading to the outside, and it would have been nice if the lighting had been a little brighter. And I was disappointed that there was no self-service laundromat around the hotel.
Breakfast was varied and delicious. Above all, the ‘sour’ (spicy) ramen and mustard kimchi were excellent.

South KoreaThe staff's explanation and response service during check-in are a bit lacking. He doesn't smile and is stiff when explaining things. There are no detailed explanations or guidebooks about the facilities. It's inconvenient because it's a bit far from the downtown area, and there's a lack of facilities nearby. There were no cafes or small supermarkets, so I mainly took taxis to get around.
The room is spacious. The hotel lobby and facilities are spacious. The concierge staff are so friendly.

Beautiful entrance hall. Our room in bldg 2 newly decorated, spacious, comfortable. Extra corner to store luggage great idea. There is a small shopping mall with good food choices nearby (around 400m).

I enjoyed staying at this Hilton, which was both very conveniently located and comfortable. The rooms were well equipped and the mattress excellent quality. The breakfast choices were broad and I enjoyed choosing from them each morning.

AustraliaRestaurant staff need training. Waited over an hour one evening for dinner. Received after my colleague had finished his meal. They were not attentive. Had to continuously ask for drinks. When my colleagues meal arrived, we asked for an ETA for mine and it was not ordered. They then failed to ask for dessert and after we did order, brought out the wrong one.

TaiwanThe room I originally got had a weird smell and I had to get it switched. One of the furniture in that room was also broken. I do not think the room was ready to accommodate but was used anyways. Not up to 5 star standard. Room switch was fine tho!

ChinaThat you get hit by a wall of perfume as soon as you enter the hotel , can be rather overwhelming and made me a little nauseous, luckily this wasn’t in the rooms ! The breakfast is a little lacking otherwise the hotel is very decent !

It is real good place for your enjoy in Shanghai. Near the hotel(5 min. by walk) has starbucks coffee shop and it was open 7:00 am. Security , Room cleaning , staff stance for customer , can speak english well. Everything is good for me. Next time I will try to go there again. Thanks
