Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe bathroom was rather old and needs some renovation. It would be nice to have some bed lights. And the beds are rather hard. But all of this wasn't a big issues.
Location was very good, near metro line 5. Hosts were nice and knew English very well. There was a free coffee in a lobby and washing machine for guests. The room was cleaned daily. WiFi was working fine. We had a really good stay.

SingaporeCentral location which was a short walk away from the Zhangzhizhong Metro Station. Staff were very friendly and provided good advice on places of interests to visit. They also helped with our luggage and brought breakfast to our room. The front desk staff also helped to notify us when the delivery items which we were expecting arrived at the front desk while we were out visiting places of interests.

IrelandBreakfast could definitely improve. I don’t think anyone enjoys fish fingers, salad with mustard dressing or cold scrambled eggs first thing in the morning.
The staff were working so hard to help everyone. We were able to check in very early after an overnight flight, which never happened in my history of travelling. The room was spacious enough to live off opened suitcases for several days. Abundance of restaurants within a very short walking distance. Free laundry, including detergent, coffee and tea.

This hotel was everything we needed. Close to subway, eating places etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds comfy, shower great. Good breakfast. Really all we could ask for.

Location: super handy from PEK airport. Take the Capital Airport Express at the basement floor that takes you to Beixinqiao and from there change to Lien 5 (purple) and it's one stop more only. We only used Metro while we were there due to the great location to get to the Forbidden City, the Summer palace or the Lama Temple. Food: you have breakfast from 7am which is great for early mornings due to yet lag. The main avenue and heading west towards Quanhai, in walking distance from the hotel, you have plenty of local places with great food. Staff: This is a familiar place that feels more like a B&B than a chain hotel. They are the best and speak very good English, thanks for everything

The best thing about this hotel is, without any doubt the staff. These people where so friendly, it was unbelievable. Right after booking I got an email with all the necessary information. They even informed me about necessary apps. When we arrived in Beijing my taxi driver brought us to the wrong place. Since I got confused, one of the guys even picked us up. I am still very thankful! When we arrived at the hotel we even got a introduction in all the apps. These guys took so much time to help me. Thank you! The Hotel has also a good location. It is very close to the underground station and also just a foot walk away from Lama Temple. The room was very tidy and clean and the breakfast was very good!
