The level of comfort exceeded expectations that makes you feel at home! Good location and walking distance to the metro station. Went with friends and allowed early check-in if the room is ready and really appreciated the friendly staff's kind help. There are free snacks to grab at the lobby too. Would love to book this hotel if I visit Shanghai again!

Room size as advertised says 452 square feet but it is actually about 300 square feet only. Each twin bed comes with a single pillow only but we managed to get another one quickly from the excellent room service.

Location was convenient to Metro and very near shopping malls and pedestrian street. Breakfast has variety and quality. Rooms are clean and come with a washing/dryer machine, which is much appreciated for longer stays. Staff were polite and accomodating. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel doorstep.

I did not have any language problems at the reception, but in general I can say that the staff does not speak English. And if you need a taxi to go somewhere, you need to arrange it about half an hour ago (especially in the rush hours) before the time you planned to go.

The location of the hotel is great, you are in the center of Shanghai, a 5-minute walk from People's Street and subway stations. The breakfast was rich and there was an automatic coffee machine in the lobby, which was a blessing for me :)

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with Nanjing Road nearby and just a 5-minute walk to People's Square metro station. Didn't use their breakfast because there were plenty of food in the neighbourhood. Love the location, within walking distance to everything you need like metro, buses, restaurants, shopping, etc. Love the flexibility, helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff I encountered there, they were really the best and always put the customers on top.

The third time in the same hotel and already booked the fourth. The hotel is totally renovated, we stayed in one room apartment, it's fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and a washing machine, and the bathroom was perfect, hotel location is so close to Exit 19 People Square metro station just 5 minute walking, I like this hotel

Perfect location to visit the most interested place in Shanghai. Clean and huge room with all of what you need (well equipped) and very helpful staff. There were different types of food for breakfast and it was fresh and rich. Highly recommend it

The breakfast is delicious! The room is so big. The hotel's located near to Nanjing Road.. you can walk 5 mins to the People's Square metro station. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my return trip to Shanghai.

The room are very big for 3 people and have all things we need. Big refridgerator, good working washing machine. The bed is big enough. The toilet is very good (electric toilet). The location is perfect, near shopping street and many delicious restaurant.
