Very good location in the middle of Huaihai Road, city center of Shanghai, close to the ancient French Concession of Shanghai. I really appreciate the room (with sofa), nice decoration, and event a tablet. The room was clean and quiet. Price for money was very acceptable. I could leave my luggage in the morning before checking-in.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Campanile Huaihai! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the vibrant Huaihai Road and nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be back!

the croissants were fresh I think only 1 time a week, the rest of the week they were old. the staff does not speak very well English but they are very kind. They could make the rooms with two separate beds a family room maybe for 3 or 4 persons as the single beds are very large.

it was a nice breakfast and you can choose European continental food as well as chinese food and drinks, the setting for breakfast as also very nice and cosy with large chairs and tables, the location is very good in the middle of the shopping area, very centrally and close to metro and easy for taxi's to find.

Everything was good for me

For me, the location was great. 5 minutes of walking distance to metro lines 2,10 and 12. Easy to get to the east and west of Shanghai. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it is located in a busy neighborhood, it was quiet. I would say it was a great deal in terms of quality and cost.

Floors in the room were not very clean, breakfast was reasonable, alot of choice but very unfortunate that the eggs were always cold, even if they were served under a heating lamp and if something was finished, they hardly filled it again

Can hear clearly what's going on the other side of the door when neighbour open/door or walking down the cooridoor.

Went SH to attend Rolex Master. Great location if you wanted to stay nearer to city area and a stone throw away from the metro. A avg. 2.5hrs away via public transport to Qizhong which is reasonable if you desire a more convenient location for food and touring SH. Cleanliness exceeded expectation. Will stay again.

There is just one room card, which may be a bit inconvenient if one wishes to rest in room while the other wants to go out. However, it will not affect us coming back to this hotel when we visit Shanghai again. Thanks!

We had a very good stay at the hotel. On the infamous rubbish stench issue at hotel entrance area, there was only a slight one on the first day. Location is good with access to two metro stations within walking distance. Our bed is comfortable and toothbrushes etc are available at reception area for guest to use. Staff are friendly and helpful. We took breakfast on about alternative days - besides stables such as scrambled eggs, toast etc., there were some changes to the menu and we are happy with the food quality.

Only complaint was they don’t turn the room down, so don’t expect them to get you clean towels or make the bed!

The tea in the room was very good, but the sweetened instant coffee packets weren't my favorite, so I bought my own instant coffee to get me started in the morning. Then once I was out and about I treated myself to a flat white in one of the many amazing cafes.

Location is fantastic! Very close to a metro station. Lots of shops, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and spoke some English. They let us have a late check out and stored our luggage for the day. We stayed in a deluxe suite, and it was huge - two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lounge area. It was nicely decorated and had all the modern amenities.

Close to a garbage collection place, smelly on the way to and from the hotel but no smells inside the hotel. Toilet flushes a bit slowly and my shower door didnt close completely, water would leak out

Comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with all necessary amenities. Friendly and accomodating staff. Tasty breakfast. Great location, only 4 mins walk to subway station and shopping centers.
