Initially assigned to a smoking floor despite booking a non-smoking room, the room still carried a faint smoke and damp smell even after relocation. Mould in the shower required immediate attention. The malfunctioning safe, insufficient storage and noisy surroundings further detracted from comfort. There were only 3 hooks against the wall with three hangers so no space to unpack and I had to live out of my suitcase. Maintenance issues, including a faulty window and chipped furnishings, didn't align with the advertised images. While the staff was friendly, language barriers hindered effective communication. Overall, the hotel needs to address cleanliness, maintenance, and communication to enhance guest satisfaction.

Several aspects stood out as particularly satisfying. The shower boasted excellent water pressure, providing a refreshing start to the day. The bed and pillows were notably comfortable, and I appreciated the provision of two pillows for added convenience. Additionally, the hotel ensured a pleasant stay by consistently replenishing consumables like cotton wool and shaving cream. They also provided good quality toilet paper in the bathroom, These thoughtful touches contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. The bus to the fair was great and they spoiled us was a snack pack every when they picked us up from the fair.

Breakfast area is too small especially when it was full house during Canton fair. No business centre however, the hotel allowed us to use breakfast area as meeting room.

Friendly and helpful staff, room is clean enough with free non achol drinks, shuttle bus to Canton fair during show days.

I rated 8 depending on your purpose of travel. I went here for Canton Fair and it is very comfortable as they are providing free shuttle bus to Canton Fair which is good. I would like to say thank you to Mila and Yeng as they are very attentive to the guest’s needs.

In BF not much choice for vegetarian people as lot of Indian stayed during that period. Canton fair. During that period almost they double charged which we booked through booking.com as I extended my stay for 2 days more directly with hotel. 3rd they did not provide return on last day of fair which is not good.

Although I got the non-smoking room it was stained and there were a lot of traces of cigarettes (burnt dots on the floor). There was also some nasty chemical or food smell, but I am not sure was it from a room or from a street below. The wi-fi was very weak so you could hardly open an e-mail - I assume it is a common problem in China. Keep in mind, that the breakfast restaraunt will be over-crowded if you wake up late. I think that the room I got was overpriced - it definitely needs to be renovated.

First of all, I would like to thank Paco Hotel for the transfer to the Canton Fair - it was well organized and supplied with water and snacks. Everyone in the hotel is willing to help you. The room I got was spacious. The breakfast is good - it is a nice mixture of global and local food. The hotel is located close to the Pazhou complex (Canton fair) - it is around 20 minutes of travel by bus. The metro station is just few minutes away by foot - you can travel to and from the airport using the same line.

Room was clean but very tired and needing attention. The door to the room looked very weak and was thin so no soundproofing. Bathroom was passable but very tired. No soundproofing in the room made it very noisy and the aircon was not great. Breakfast was OK if you were there early, but rarely replenished so if you were later there was very limited choice.

Location good for the Canton Fairground however the promised shuttle bus in the advert was not running. Many local restaurants of good quality within walking distance. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The location js far from metro. Booking.com did not pin the right location. Staff cannot speak English. Was a very bad experience for me.
