We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe like really hot showers and had problems getting the water hot enough for our satisfaction. There was no means to fill the sinks with water, neither in the kitchen nor the bathroom as there were no plugs. We have stayed in a lot of places throughout Chile and this is a regular issue for us, which means wasting a lot of water when washing dishes or washing face in the bathroom. We come from a dry country so wasting water is something that we find disconcerting. So when travelling in Chile take a universal plug with you if these kinds of concerns are yours as well.
We really enjoyed staying at Villanita. Ana, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive to our needs, extremely knowledgeable about Punta Arenas and Chile in general, providing us with lots of information about where to visit in the area. The apartment itself had two bedrooms, one with an enormous bed, a fully equipped kitchen so you can make a proper meal if you are not wanting to eat out all the time, important to us. It was well heated, clean, comfortable and only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. There is secure parking in the grounds definitely for smallish cars. I don’t know if large 4x4 type cars would fit down the driveway. Maybe. We would happily recommend Villanita as a place to stay for up to 4 people in one apartment. There are 3 apartments in the grounds. If we return to Punta Arenas we would wish to stay here again.

We came without any Spanish, and she helped us with everything...laundry, staying an extra night, recommendations for groceries, restaurant recommendations. Perfect stay for us. I loved that it was so quiet because I'm a bit noise sensitive.

She was helpful w local restaurant suggestions, was willing to take me to a lookout of the town, and helpful w everything along the stay. Ana had a knack for educating about local Patagonia history. The condo was very clean. It had all the amenities one would need. The views were very nice as well. I would highly recommend Vilanita to anyone looking for a place to stay in Punta Arenas! You will not be disappointed.

So easy through Whatsapp to connect with our host. She was wonderful, even leaving us a small present on Christmas Eve. Super helpful with making reservations for dinner, suggesting a place to go for a penguin tour and just checking to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Wifi was great, with no issues. Cabana was super cute, everything we needed including a private room for my wife and I. Loved the stay! Gated parking, so didn't have to worry about the car. Couldn't have asked for more!
