The breakfast should improve, the hotel is located in a place where pastry is a very well-known activity, they served every day the same and was not so good. The shower did not worked properly, they have to change the part that throws the water.

The hotel it is very well located, in a relatively quiet place, the rooms and bed are confortable.

If you want to go downtown, it is a little bit far (30 minutes walking distance).

The hotel location is good, with several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby (the Peruvian restaurant was specially great!). The room was very comfortable and Clean, Breakfast is good with a nice view from the lake.

the pillows are rather lumpy (this is normal in the hotels we have stayed in in Chile). The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the centre of town. With all the cakes (Kuchen) on offer this is no bad thing. Otherwise it is about $3 in a taxi of which there are plenty.

Dinner in sister restaurant was excellent as was included breakfast. Reception staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were very lucky to have a room with a great view on the third floor. There are very useful shops in the street below.

The rooms were a little bit outdated, but clean. We were exhausted, so slept very well, but you can hear quite a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms (creaking floors, footsteps, etc) because it is an older building.

Great location for a 1 night stay after a very long flight and to rest up before picking up our rental car. Right across the street from a lovely beach and view of the volcanos. Good buffet breakfast at the restaurant next door. Also had a very nice dinner at this restaurant, which shares a relationship with the hotel and provided a 20% discount for hotel guests.

The carpet and fabric chairs in the room were stained and looked very used. The room gave onto a busy street where you hear cars, trucks and motorcycles all night. It’s also across the street from a restaurant that was blaring music so loud I could have had a dance party in the room at 1am. Not sure if the walls/door is thin but you could hear conversations from other guests in the hallway as if they were in the room. None of this is the end of the world, but it was subpar for the price I paid.

The included breakfast is excellent! They make you scrambled eggs with cheese or ham, have fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, bread, coffee, tea etc…

The hotel corridors are wooden made, so it makes you feel anyone that is passing by. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable.

Hotel is nice and looks newer than others. Breakfast buffet was nice. Reception was very welcome, our host Luis Molina (same name as me) was so helpful and polite.

We had a traumatic time on arrival at Santiago Airport as we were scammed and subsequently our credit cards were blocked. The management at this hotel insisted that our debit card would carry a 20 per cent surcharge.They. showed not the slightest sympathy with our plight and were downright rude. We eventually, after much stressful argument (I am nearing 81 yrs of age) arranged to pay part in cash. Once in our room we realised what a shabby room we had been allocated. Broken toilet seat, furniture that looked as though it had come from a junk shop,worn fittings and fixtures, a screw missing from the interior door lock assembly, broken drawer knob, a draught which passed through a narrow gap in the window frame, a dangerously shaped bath which with its narrow u shape meant my wife and I had to support each other whilst having a shower. A rider here, when it came to writing this revue I discovered that the hotel had posted that the booking had been cancelled and I had to contact Booking.com in able to write this revue of our stay at this deplorable deplorable establishment. I have a range of photographic evidence to support my report.
