Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great staff, nice. helpful. breakfast ok but coffee was bad. room was super comfy. i would recommend it . they let me leave my luggage after checking out so i could come back and pick it up when my transportation arrive.

SpainThe breakfast choice is very limited, and when you're there for 4 days very repetitive. The evening receptionists are not helpful or welcoming at all. Also, there's a not-so-secret bar in the basement and they let the karaoke partiers up the volume as they like and they don't care if it disrupts the guests. I stayed Sun-Thu, I woke up multiple times on my last night thanks to the noise, I had go down to reception to ask them to lower the volume and the awful receptionist was trying to pretend that the noise you could clearly hear in reception wouldn't reach my room just one floor above. So watch out if you're staying on the 2nd floor.
As other reviews mentioned the hotel is a little outdated, but it's comfortable enough for a few nights and the location is great. The daytime receptionist is warm, welcoming, and helpful. He switched my room when I was assigned a windowless room with a single bed -thought that "mistake" should have never happened since I paid for a double room- but, he fixed someone else's mistake.

NorwayThis building seems to actually be meant to be a hotel, so that compared to the other places I've stayed in Santiago, this is more comfortable. It has an elevator, it has good air condition, it has big windows and bright rooms, it has a stable wifi - none of these are a given, haha. The Japanese theme gives the place a bit of personality, too, and the surrounding area is really nice.

United KingdomWifi didn’t really get to our room, and when we asked the younger chap on reception to help, he just said he couldn’t. The other staff on reception were much more helpful and let us onto another network, but still didn’t work.
The property room was amazing, with a huge bed and great bedding and AC. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff there were friendly.

ChilePrice for the room is a little expensive in my opinion, considering I was staying alone. Room needed some cleaning of the floor. I found some fuzz around and It hasn't been the first time. I've stayed here before. Some wall lights need to be fixed.
The room I got this time was bigger than my previous stay. Really comfortable to have a big room. Temperature was also good during the night. No need to turn on the heater, which the room also has. Shower works perfectly and has good pressure and temperature. Breakfast was ok.

The two young men that looked after reception are exceptional and all the other staff also very good from cleaning staff through to the people working in the kitchen Obviously the owner runs a very good business but has installed into his staff a very professional but friendly way of working Seriously if you are looking for a place to stay this hotel is very underrated in my opinion well worth 9 star due to the friendly welcome you get Thank you and if I get back to Santiago i will stay with you again
